+ -1 moreWe were very impressed overall with John and company's responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and deep knowledge. He took the time to explain things for us, providing as much documentation as we needed to submit for the bid. John even provided his number for after quote inquiries and made himself available. We were recommended them by our realtor firm, and they lived up to expectations. This is how business should always be done. We will certainly use them when the time comes for the job completion!
Description of Work: We received a quote from John for a full central plumbing stack replacement to repair multiple major leak issues, as well as a water heater replacement.

+ -1 moreThe job was performed carefully. John clearly told us exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He also showed us what he discovered as in progressed in the search for the leak. Because of the circumstances, we did not know exactly where the leak was coming from. But he removed and replaced a 2nd floor sink and cabinet to see if it originated from there. The leak wasn't on the second floor wall, so he had to cut into the 1st floor bathroom wall to find it. I called him in the morning and he was willing to add us on at the end of his day. He got here about 5PM and worked until about 8PM. John worked quickly and cleaned up everything before he left.
Description of Work: Plumber traced a leak in a pipe that was in the wall of our bathroom. (It had been dripping into our basement.) John carefully cut into the wall, found the leak and repaired it. He was very patient and knowledgable about the kind of pipe and how to correct the problem.

Description of Work: We had John give us an estimate for some work on our last house during the inspection process. He was very fair and helped us a lot. When we moved, we hired him to install a new kitchen faucet and disposal. He was very thorough and professional. He is funny and great personality to be around. We will eventually be doing a new kitchen and will be hiring him to help b/c he's been so great.

+ -1 moreHe visited the site with construction manager and gave him a bid. He gave the most satisfactory bid and also was able to answer any questions. He came, did the work in a timely manner and left. Very straightforward!
Description of Work: He completely replumbed my entire house- I bought a wreck and the copper was stripped out the night before I signed! I have three full baths, laundry room, etc., so it was a lot of work. I have had absolutely no subsequent problems with the work- no leaks, etc., except from an old jacuzzi with iffy original plumbing. He immediately fixed that problem when it occurred. I have also found him to be very responsive when I called him to look at existing problems in other buildings. He responds very quickly, diagnoses the cause of the problem and solves it neatly and within budget. I would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreI called with my problem and he came promptly, diagnosed the problems, (one caused by me and the other by someone who had installed a cistern for me and put in a faucet that was faulty). One faucet he immediately replaced, the other he diagnosed the problem, then had to search for an oddball replacement part. Always responsive, very trustworthy, would never call anyone but him.
Description of Work: Actually, John replumbed my entire house several years ago, although I dont remember what I paid for that job.... Recently he sent a helper (same day) to unplug a stopped up toilet. I had a problem with two frost-proof faucets, one which he had installed and one which another person had installed. He replaced the first one and went to a lot of trouble to get the breaker valve for the second one, since it was an odd brand. He called me to let me know that he was having difficulty finding the right part and made a special trip to an out-of-the-way supply place to get the correct one. I know I can trust his work and always call him.
