This was my 2nd experience w/ JK Meurer. Chad was great throughout the entire sales and scheduling process! We had a lot of delays and they were great about being flexible. Once on-site both crews were fantastic, very professional, friendly and wanted to ensure I got what I wanted! Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future!

called in on may, they came on May 18, they said they will give me the estimate in a week, I called a week and half later, they told that they are going to give the information to the estimator again, but did not hear from them, I called them up but still does not have an estimate, so they've lost the bid. They have a very bad customer service.

Stopped by for measurements and estimates and never gave the estimates, even after calling twice.

The driveway was not done very well, visible flaws, not level (visible rolling hills in driveway), etc. When I approach Mitch about the quality it took a while for him to acknowledge and then committed with his word and writing to resolve the issue once I paid the remaining balance. Once he received his check, I have not heard from Mitch since. With my experience, I would not trust their quality or their word, written or otherwise. Buyer Beware!

Both driveways turned out great. JK Meurer was very responsive throughout the process and kept me updated on delays due to rain. The work exceeded my expectations and the quotes for both driveways were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Mitch, the Salesperson was right on time. Installation was just as we agreed upon. The crew was very respectful and polite, and very hard working.

Wonderfully! They were efficient and did a great job. They really improved the drop off at the end of the driveway! I would highly recommend and would hire them again! Price was fair.

This is a revision of a previous review. Mr. Meurer came out to evaluate my project. Two months passed and I hadn’t heard from them. Thinking they didn’t want the job I had written a poor review. Mr. Meurer contacted me immediately to apologize and stated quote had been sent twice. It was learned that the quote had been sent to the wrong email address. It was corrected and I have received the quote. I appreciate the quick response, once they were aware of my concern and feel the company would be a good one to hire. That said, I still can’t evaluate their paving skills but I am very pleased with their customer service so far.

Someone came out and measured driveway. They were prompt for the appointment to evaluate project. I was told they would email me a quote within a few days but to date I have not heard from them or received quote. As such I cannot evaluate the quality of their work.

NA no show at all. They do not want the job

They showed up at the beginning of April to quote. I decided to go with them and they said by the end of May it would be done. I have made close to 10 phone calls between the beginning of June and now, 8/2/18, to them asking when it would be done and most times I never get a return call. The two times I did I was told end of the month (June and then July) I still don't have a **** driveway in. Communication sucks, professionalism sucks, customer service sucks. I cancelled and am happy I did because if you can't plan properly and give that information to a customer then you probably have sub-standard workmanship too.

High quality work that was completed on time by professionals for a very reasonable price. Went beyond our expectations, very pleased with final appearance and cleanliness.

Took 1 week for someone to show up for estimate. Driveway was measured: he told me he'd "E-mail" the estimate. It's been OVER a week SINCE he measured, no e-mail /estimate YET!! I've called 3 X, the office mgr. is very polite, I even talked to a field rep., he was very polite and ACTUALLY said "Oh, I was just finishing up your estimate as we speak . . ." LOL. Yeah, right . . . THAT was a few days ago! Don't know HOW/WHY they have an "A" rating on Angies list, are the reviews all from family & relatives?

It seemed to be a job too small for some contractors to fix, too big for others. JK Meurer took it on, coming out to do the estimate on a timely basis, answering questions, scheduling the work, communicating via email, completing the work on schedule. The crew was professional, courteous, and hard-working. They did a great job removing the compromised portions of the driveway, repaving, and tapering the drive to meet the walkway and the garage entrance. It looks beautiful!

JK Meurer Corp did the repaving of a commercial parking lot for a business we lease to. They went out of their way to work with the business to have as minimal impact as they possibly could. Our tenant was very happy, their patrons often mentioned their good impression of the completed job, and we were happy that everyone else was happy! It was a win/win all around. I highly recommend letting JK Meurer bid on your next job - you won't be sorry.

Did an excellent job on driveway. Confusion between 2 teams &harsh trimming of shrubbery made without warning. Otherwise very satisfied.

Exceptional job. Professionalism couldn't be any better. Quality of work is excellent. Work crews are very experienced and take care with their work. They performed everything on the date expected, although scheduling can be slightly more difficult as they are busy, but I suspect they would prioritize you work if needed in a hurry. I had no time pressure. The tapering and leveling to have drive meet with existing walkways and utility covers was perfectly done. I was amazed that it could be done so well. They also explained how to take care of the new drive to get the best result. All around, I don't think you will find a better paving company.

As someone that is extremely familiar with the home services industry it is refreshing to work with companies like JK Meuer. They from start to finish handled everything the exact way that you would want. I spoke with several other asphalt companies and none of them were as responsive and professional. They as any reputable company were booked through the middle of June. They came several weeks early due to an last minute opening. The price was fair and better than most. I will be recommending them to anybody with asphalt needs. Very satisfied!! Thanks again

Great experience with this company. I chose J.K. Meurer based on best value as their knowledge was superior to others and they had a competitive price. All aspects from estimate to completion were of the highest professional quality. Several of my neighbors have stopped me to discuss and compliment the high quality of the pavement. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company; especially for more complex projects.

Did not go well. Numerous calls were made to get estimates for the several phases of work needed to be completed. I have called, left messages, spoken with Jake on many occasions and at each juncture he would promise a response call or email. Still have not gotten a final estimate on a portion of the work. At this time I have given my business to a small company who provided detailed estimates for every phase of our work. They provided this within a two week period. J K Meuer still has not provided the final written estimate that I have been seeking for the past 4 months.

These guys did a beautiful job and were great to work with. They provided the bid promptly and performed the work when scheduled. They were professional in every aspect of their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent, would hirer them again in a heartbeat, very professional, could not ask for a better job , reasonable price , no problem, had to wait one year to get them , they are that good , worth the wait
