+ -1 moreWe purchased a fountain for our new house June 2006 which took many phone calls to get. The fountain looked great and needed some adjustments. It took many calls to Ryan,about 10 calls before he sent a crew to fix the problem. Then came winter and the largest of the three bowls fractured. My wife and I put about 20 calls for repairs before I got a hold of him in middle part of May. The cement bowl took about 30 days to set which is understandable. June 1st the order was placed,the order was done June 29th. Product was picked up July 9th. The bowl didn't match the other two. We called Ryan and he blamed me for giving bad information about his product. He proceeded to tell my wife that I wasted his time and that by doing business with him wasted his time and money.
Description of Work: We had a custom fountain made. Great theme and nothing that we've seen before. We saw Intimate Gardens at the May 2004 Cincinnati Home and Garden Show. When we moved to our new home we called Ryan and requested a fountain. It took some time for him to call back but that's understandable being a busy landscaper,and the uniqueness of the product.
