I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the results of our hardwood refinishing. I wasn't home when Mike and his crew stopped by and moved my husband's office desk back in. Will you please let Mike know that I appreciate the time they took to get it done beautifully? The floors look brand new, and the color is exactly what I wanted :)

Every step was done with professionalism and attention to detail. They worked with me to pick out the color of the stain and they were experts in finding the right color balance. They were very patient with me as I debated the color and offered their excellent advice. Each crew they had in here were knowledgable and kind. I loved the carpentry tricks I learned from the lead guy who took time to show me ways to improve installing our own base board. They were very prompt from the initial consult to the sanding installing and staining phases of the project. I trusted each crew as they were all very clean in their work, appearance and language. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Everything very well from the appointment for an estimate through doing the entire job. Very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend Heritage, as I have since using them. I will also have them back.

They were very professional, on time, and worked with our calendar.

Mike came to give me the estimate and was very punctual. They started work as scheduled. During this process my husband had to be hospitalized and I felt completely safe leaving the workers alone while I was at the hospital. I even gave them my garage code so they could come and go when needed. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were like family. They moved all of the furniture for me. They accommodated me in every way possible which included stopping work for a week or so because I thought my husband may have been able to come home prior to him passing away at Hospice of Cincinnati. I want to thank everyone involved with the work done at my house including the secretary answering the phone. ( which by the way is very rare to get a real person on the phone each time you call ) Everyone did a great job!

They are used by the builder that built our house. I had something changed before the house was finished and they custom-mixed the colors for me in the living room and dining room to go with some antique furniture. They also followed a change that I had in a tiny bit of wood. They were very accommodating and very professional. There was a dishwasher back-up and some of the flooring got wet in the kitchen and started to buckle. I called them and asked them what to do. They were very calm and got me calmed down and told me what to expect and what would happen and not to worry. Everything worked out just like they said it would. They are super-easy people to work with. It is a great company and they are great people.

The company is responsive and the price was considerably less than other bids. They did a good job of containing the dust and putting everything back in order. However, I do not like the finish. It appears to have bubbles in it.

I just had an exceptionally high impression of him and his company. He was courteous, prompt and professional. He was willing to give me a quote over the phone, which I know a lot of people are not willing to do. He was just great and I would use him in the future, it is just a matter of when I should do the work. The price he quoted me was $1900 for that work. He is local and I appreciate that. He owns the company and I like that because the person I spoke to would actually be doing the work. He also gave me a time frame on how busy he is right down, so I got a sense of how long the lead time would be. It was just everything from the phone call was perfect.

I haven’t received their quote yet and so I don’t know if I would use their services to get the work done if it is really high. However, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and prompt as well. They were very good. They understood what I wanted and they didn’t try to up-sell anything to me. I might use their services to get the work done depending on the price.

I knew someone else that used them so I wanted a quote. They came to look at what I needed and the person that came was the person that would conduct the work other than a salesman which I liked. The guy was obviously very knowledgeable. He gave me the lowest price as well. We were very happy with his work.

This is the second time Heritage has come to the rescue when another company botched the job. I would have hired them immediately, but I was not in control. We were working through a remediation company hired by our insurance company. I can't say enough good about this company. Their work is impeccable, and their attention to detail leaves no stone unturned. Mr. Rusche is totally professional as are his workers. They literally go over the whole floor inch by inch, before the final coat of urethane goes on, to correct any bumps or burrs in the finish. They always replace the molding rather than opting to put the old stuff back on. The end result is a beautiful new floor. If there were an Academy Award for floor finishing, this company would win the Oscar. I give this company A+++. They also do work for construction companies. No builder would accept shoddy workmanship. Family owned and operated. No subs.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. MIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS CLEAR THAT HE HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT!

EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THEY TRULY EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. SEVERAL NEIGHBORS PRAISED THEIR WORK SO I WENT INTO IT WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS. THE WORKER DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB MATCHING THE STAIN COLOR WITH THE REST OF THE HOUSE. HE KEPT THE WORK AREA VERY CLEAN. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. A+!!
