HALLS LAWN CARE

Ontime , completed the job as expected and my yard looks amazing .

They come out when I call them. They get everything done and clean up nicely, can't tell they've been there. When my husband gets too busy in the summer, they'll come out. We also use them in the fall for leaf clean-up.

I told the person in charge not to roto-till the last time before planting or it would expose dormant weed seeds. What did they do--they roto-tilled. This year I had weeds, weeds, and more weeds--some over 6 feet tall. I had about 10% wildflowers. Due to an operation and subsequent chemo therapy, I did not feel like calling them until last month. The owner came out and said it looked fine!! They did not offer to do anything to make it right. I had previously planted wildflowers in this same location and they grew fine with few weeds. The reason I called the landscaper was because I was expanding the area and wanted to start fresh. I have lived here 20 years and this is the most weeds I have seen! So, I paid $1250 for a lush, healthy garden of weeds!! I think I called the wrong Hall's Landscaping.

HE DID NOT SHOW. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AT ABOUT 7:00 PM TO LET HIM KNOW I WAS HOPING HE'D BE ABLE TO MAKE IT OUT AT LEAST BY THURSDAY TO MOW THE LAWN, AGAIN A NO-SHOW. HE DID NOT CALL OR RESPOND TO MY VOICE MESSAGE, AND I LEFT BOTH MY WORK AND HOME NUMBERS FOR HIM TO RESPOND IF HE NEEDED TO. NOT A GOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL. I WAS DESPERATE FOR MY LAWN TO BE MOWED AND HE NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED, EVEN AFTER WE SCHEDULED IT AND I LATER CALLED HIM BACK AS A REMINDER. I ENDED UP FIXING MY LAWN MOWER AND MOWED THE LAWN MYSELF ON FRIDAY. I WOULD NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY. OBVIOUSLY, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, SO MUCH SO THAT I DECIDED TO ADD THIS ENTRY. (I ENTERED THIS REPORT ON FRIDAY, JUNE 25. LATER THAT NIGHT, THIS SERVICE PROVIDER FINALLY SHOWED UP. THE LAWN WAS ALREADY MOWED, SINCE HE DID NOT SHOW WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. I WANTED TO AT LEAST LET OTHERS KNOW THAT DON EVENTUALLY SHOWED, ALTHOUGH 2 DAYS LATER THAN HE THOUGHT. I GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR EVENTUALLY SHOWING UP.)
