My experience was fine. I was satisfied with the service.

I was very happy with the service. Ferrada's is very professional, arrived on time, and worked quickly and competently to clean my carpet which was very dirty. Next time I need my carpet cleaned I will use Ferrada's again.

The owner and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time. The company steamed cleaned carpeting in 3 areas of our home. The technicians were asked to move several pieces of furniture which they did not. The outside door was propped wide open which allowed flies to enter the house. In the past I have had carpet technicians wear disposable shoe coverings to protect the wet carpeting from dirty shoes. The technicians wore their street shoes directly making contact with the freshly cleaned wet carpet. We were told that the carpets would dry in 6 hours after 12 they are still very damp. The coupon was deceiving with an advertised price of $49 for 3 areas and when the technician came out and recommended scotch guard protection the price jumped to $115.

They are very nice. They are quick, prompt, punctual and professional. You can have steam cleaning or deep cleaning and he does a great job. He is very cordial and positive.

I was happy with the cleaning service. I was surprised that they waited until the service was finished before they told me they would not accept a check.

I scheduled for Ferrada Carpet Cleaning to come out to clean all the carpets in the rental home that we were vacating. Javier and Crystal came out on a Saturday, were punctual, called ahead to make sure that I was there, and did a great job. We have two young children, so we were pretty tough on the carpets. He left them looking great, and did all the rooms for $89.00. I asked if he could take a look at the shabby granite in the entry of our new home, and he followed me there and cleaned that, too. I had great experience, and would highly recommend using them.

The carpet cleaners worked quickly and efficiently. They had the whole house cleaned within 1 1/2 hrs. I was very impressed by how clean the carpets were and no pet odor smells were left behind. They told me to call again if there was any pet odor at all and they would retreat if needed, however, I haven't had to call. They did a great job. I will definitely call them again.

They showed up early in the time-window they had indicated they would arrive during. They were professional, quick and friendly and did an excellent job at an excellent price!

It was perfect. They did everything and helped move the furniture, which was great. The price was phenomenal. They were professional and punctual. They offered suggestions and they left a spot cleaner for us to use in the meantime before they are cleaned again. They also did stain treatment. I will use them again.
