Ray did a wonderful job. Not only did he help me figure out how to fix the patio that was leaking into the basement, he also helped me negotiate with the company that did the work originally. His work men were wonderful, on time and explained everything to me. I would have them work again for me. I highly recommend Fasten- Pro Roofing!

This company is really really good, and all of their people are true professionals. Because they are so good, you will need to schedule them 6 months in advance; but the wait is worth it. It took a four man team to complete the work over several days. All the men were very pleasant and easy to work with. At the end of each day, they would completely clean up the work site from all the debris from the old shingles, new roofing paper, and new shingles. A roof is generally not something that is seen a "feature" to one's home. This company made our roof into look like a work of art. The professional and the pride they took in doing my roof really shows. You can count on Fasten-Pro Roofing to do the job right.

Work was superb. Crew was on time every day and left the place clean at the end of each day. It was a big complicated roof so took about 5 days to complete with the new larger gutters and downspouts. Metal work on valleys and roof / wall intersections was superb and everything looks great. They re-located several downspouts that had been causing issues as well. I look forward to our first major rainfall : )

Job went excellent. They were very professional and got the job done in the time they had quoted. Upon completion I met with Ray to discuss a concern and he explained everything to my satisfaction. The guys on the job were considerate and cleaned and organized the area after every day. It was a big job and took over a week.

The process of setting up the gutter cleaning was simple and easy. They even called to see if the leaves on the trees in the neighborhood had completely fallen. I told them that they had not , they told me that they would call me back in a few weeks to set up a date to come and clean the gutters after all the leaves had fallen

It went very well since no more water is coming in. They fixed it, got the downspouts leveled up and that fixed the problem.

I would highly recommend Fasten Pro to anyone. We moved to Florida and needed to have this work done quickly in order to sell our home. They did a great job in a timely fashion for a good price.

We asked for their help in expediting the repair, since we had painters scheduled and wanted to make sure the cause of the leak was fixed so it would not ruin a new paint job. They were able to do the repairs the same day as the painters arrived. They took off several rows of shingles and found the problem to be the flashing around the chimney. This was removed and large parts of plywood in that area that had water damage. They made new flashing with the proper soldering and installed it after installing new plywood. They also made a nice ice dam to make sure water was directed away from the chimney, another way to prohibit the reoccurence of the problem. They then re-installed new shingles, the same manufacturer and color as the old removed. They also applied seal to the chimney to prevent brick cracking. They took away all old plywood and shingles and did an excellent clean-up. I found it interesting that they even thought to put a thick foam pad under their ladder to prevent damage on the edges of the shingles at the roof edge. The two people were really skilled as far as I could tell, and they communicated regularly what they were doing and what they had found.

they came over as soon as it stopped raining and immediately repaired the problem I had. The gutter has been leaking for some time and I had previously attempted a repair unsuccessfully. In addition to repairing the bad corner seam, they also adjusted the slope of the gutter at no charge. all of this two stories up. They didn't even ask for payment at the time just informing I would get the bill for the amount we had discussed on the phone. Great responsive service.

This was a small job and they were just as responsive as a large one. Ray came out and gave us a quote, the work was done promptly. My neighbor recommended their services and I am really impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the finished work. They showed up on time, were polite and professional and left the place neat. They seem committed to delivering a quality product with a warranty. I plan on using them as my go-to roofer.

The agent came on time, survey the job and gave an estimate. I did not use their service. The approximate date was in the 3rd week of Feb. 2013.

I find them very responsive, knowledgeable and very customer focused. The guys that did the work were great. They explained everything to me about roofing. They found all my problems and fixed them which is huge. I like them.

From the time Ray and Amanda bid the project to the time it was completely finished, It was a pleasure to work with them. All work was done exactly when they said it would be done and there were no surprise costs. Ray checked the roof carefully to be sure that we would have no more problems. The chimney is beautiful. We will have Ray come back periodically to inspect the roof and chimney to be sure there are other problems. This company is a pleasure to work with!

I would give Fasten Pro Roofing wonderful ratings. Ray, the owner, answered me in a timely manner. I had design questions and he was very thorough. He was not patronizing at all. He answered all of my questions and took the time to go through everything. We got part of our roof paid for by our insurance and before we even picked him he came out and met with our insurance adjuster. He said I didn't need to sign anything to meet with them and that if I didn't end up using him that was fine. I thought it was so great. Some of the other companies made you sign something before they would meet with the insurance company and he was like no I'll just come out and I will talk to them, because he knew we wanted the best thing from our insurance. While insurance didn't pay for the entire thing they did pay for quite a bit of it. So I felt that was so good of him. They were here for almost an hour. The men who came out to do the repair were very professional and they cleaned up. We just couldn't be more happy. Everything about it was just very nice. He is a local guy. I mean a couple of weeks before we had the repairs done we were at a concert at school and his son is in the same grade as my daughter. He sat in front of us and I was like oh look you get to meet my husband. It was just sorta funny. I knew he was going to do a good job and not mess around, because I could end up seeing him at the next school function. He wouldn't want me angry and at the next school function say he did a really bad job. I knew he was going to do a really good job and he did. He is an A across the board in everything. I would definitely use him again.

One of the thunderstorms with high winds this fall drove a tree branch through my roof in the attached garage. The branch went through the roofing, the attic, insulation, and through the ceiling of the garage. The repairmen fixed the hole very quickly and I have had no problems with it since. They did a fine job.

This was a fantastic experience. Ray (the owner) was prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. Every step of the process was done with pride and professionalism, starting with the estimate. Though I had an insurance settlement, Ray worked up a quote without considering it, since Fasten-Pro was all about "here's what needs to be done to have a quality job." The quality of the installation was excellent. The deck furniture, yard, and lawn decorations (even numerous Christmas decorations) were carefully removed and replaced after the job. Little evidence was left that the work was done. Even our satellite dish was carefully replaced such that it didn't require any adjustment afterwards. We've had two hard rains since the installation and everything is working perfectly. The dimensional shingles and ridge vents look great.

I absolutely LOVE this company -- from Ray (the owner), to Amanda (the scheduler), to Manuel and the other roofers. This was the best experience I have EVER had with a home repair. Everyone was professional, prompt, thoughtful, thorough, and hard-working. Our property was left immaculte at the end of each day. The workers were focused, dedicated, and seemed to take pride in their work. I will only use Fasten-Pro for roofing needs in the future. Thank you, Fasten-Pro!
