+ -1 moreDue to some attic ventilation issues, he increased the airflow in the soffits. He installed a more air-efficient vinyl soffit. Took about 2 days and a couple hours on the 3rd day. Kip installed a new roof for us in 2002. We would not use anyone else. He does great work, explains what he's doing and why, cleans up afterwards, and makes certain we are happy with the results. We have already recommended him to our neighbors should they ever need a roofer.
Description of Work: Removed existing soffit material, added air intake to existing wood soffits, installed new vinyl soffits, replaced shingle due to tree/wind damgae, cleaned rear gutter before correcting flow issue, reattached loose downspout, installed short downspout on rear of house.

They found some additional problems with the existing plywood roof deck, which were repaired, and painted chimney cap at no additional charge. With this contractor you deal with Kip Funke, the owner of the company, from start to finish. Quality work by a first class operation, highly recommended.
Description of Work: Complete roof replacement, including: removal and disposal of two layers of existing roofing, repair of several sections of plywood decking, installed new chimney flashing, vent sleves, roofing (tar) paper, ice dam membrane, shingles, and ridge vents.
