+ 0 moreOver budget, missed deadlines, poor communication, executes change orders without prior written approval. Eagle Homes has a good sales presentation with attractive ideas at a competitive price. However, construction administration, control of individual trade contractors, quality control and keeping you updated on progress is very poor. If there is an available short cut, they will take it every time. Be very specific on what you want and what is included in the scope of work.

+ -1 moreMr. Feagle of Eagle Custom Builders is knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and gave us a ballpark figure on the major remodeling of our kitchen, laundry room and dining room ceiling. We just appreciated that the owner of another company took the time to thoroughly inspect the attic above the spaces and the floor and layout of the house to see if they could make my ideas feasible. Showcase Remodeling is who we have chosen and we are currently in the process of choosing materials, appliances, etc. The price estimates were the same for all three remodeling companies.
Description of Work: This was just an interview for a major home remodeling. We interviewed three remodelers and chose the one who took the time to look at our attic and basement to determine the scope of the job. All three gave us the same ballpark number for the cost ( 120,000+).
