We worked with Brian Lehman thru design and installation phases of our pool project. EADS fence Co provided a quality product and professional installation. We are 100% satisfied with our new fence and will call upon EADS again if we ever need fence work done again!

Installation went very well. Fence looks good and crew was great! I was contacted the day before, by the home office scheduler, that the installation crew was behind on other jobs, due to whether conditions, and the earliest my job could be scheduled would be the following week.... which I agreed. The installer, unexpectedly, called me the following morning and said they could now be there in less than an hour to do the job....luckily I was home. I think the scheduling communication could have been more timely.

Though it took longer than initial told, fence was put in and it is just what we wanted. Donny installed it and did an awesome job!

Very unprofessional and confrontational; plus past work was of low quality. I used them a few years ago for a significant amount of fencing and gates. Asked them to come out to quote new fencing and repair of gates they installed in the past. I was quite surprised at how indifferent they were to the issues with the gates. I was told they were only warrantied for a year and that it was to be expected based on the wood design. When I questioned the quality the sales rep was rude, dismissive and walked away refusing to quote the new work much less fix the past work. The sales rep by last name appears to be an owner in the company. If that's how ownership reacts it certainly reflects poorly on the company.

Horrible customer service and not very professional. I was promised that work would start with in 4-6 weeks and would take one day. After they rescheduled the day twice, work didn't start till 8 weeks after I signed the contract. On the start date, the contractor was an hour late. He worked for 5 hours then left. The next day he brought another contractor with him but they didn’t show up till 1pm, to be fair his trail did have a flat but he never called anyone to let us know. While I was waiting for him to show up, I contacted Eadds. I was given the operation manager who pretty much blew me off saying that they had no control over the contractors time line. He didn’t seem to care. The job was barely finished on the second day. I will say the quality of the work was very good, accept one post that had a large crack in it that will be getting replaced. The ladies that answer the phone are very nice and as helpful as they can be, it’s the management that I have issues with.I was very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which they run their business. If you give your client a timeline, you stick to it or offer some discount to your customer for the inconvenience.

Salesman showed up to measure and provide estimate for about 225 feet of mixed-type fencing (aluminum, split-rail, and privacy). I had used Eads previously at a difference residence and had a positive experience -- This time, I never received the estimate.

Getting the cost estimate and design completed was quick and easy. Installation, but rail installer Kerry, was first rate; arrived on time, friendly, efficient and high quality work. Would not hesitate to use EADS when additional fence or railing work is required.

I paid over $600 for a gate with code on my back fence. For the third time it isn’t working. The response I received is “cold weather affects it”. Really? My gate code is broken again and we barely use it. Stay away from Eads.

The person who measured for the fence and gave me a quate was very nice, on time and professional. The installers were on time, nice, professional and worked in the freezing cold. We did have to wait months from the time we gave the go ahead till the time the fence was installed. I guess they are a good company with lots of waiting customers.

The team at EADs was terrific from first call to invoice payment. The customer service team member was pleasant and responsive. She moved me over to the sales team and Chris reached out promptly, provided his cell number and welcomed a call over the weekend or evening-- which was terrific as it didn't require I step away from work to keep the project moving. I left Chris a voice mail and he call back promptly and we scheduled his visit within a few days. While Chris was here he was thorough in listening to what we wanted, explained our options and left us with samples to think things over. As soon as we signed the contract (no downpayment required as we chose an item in stock) we went on the list for install. Chris reached back out as soon as a spot was open to get us on the calendar. James was our installer. He was prompt, happy to answer questions, let me know when he had to step away to grab an extra part, and cleaned up fully when he was finished up. Our invoice arrived within a few days and we were able to call in to make full payment via credit card. I'd wholeheartedly recommend EADs and would turn to them with any future fence or railing needs.

Quite well. On time and as promised. Also a follow-up visit a day after to check and touch up.

On the first day, the old fence was removed and posts for the new fence were installed in concrete. They returned the following day to install the split-rail fence. At my request, they installed a 5-foot gate. The crew worked well together, all professionals. I have received several compliments from my neighbors.

I would not recommend this company at all and would discourage anyone to do business with them.

We needed a fence quickly for our new home, due to it being near a lake and having little ones. Bernie was great to work with through the sales process, and the installers did a great job in a timely manner, at a fair price. We have had several friends ask for the name of the company we used, due to the lovely finished product. We’re very pleased with our beautiful new fence!

I would avoid this company at all costs. We have a small gate on our fence that we would like opened up and made bigger. We are unsure how big we can go in the area we have, and wanted advice on what we could do. We are getting several quotes, and happy to find Eads Fence Co less than 8 miles away. I put in a quote request online, and on Monday received a call from Marshelle. She said she could not get up to our area until Friday (a small quote 13 minutes away?) and we set up an appointment for that day. When she arrived, she did not introduce herself but just handed me her card. I took her to the fence and explained what we wanted. She interrupted me several times, and rolled her eyes at everything. First, she rolled her eyes and said the previous homeowner installed the fence. We built this house, and I explained we had it it put in. She rolled her eyes again. She said it was not "real" wood and rolled her eyes again, then said it was not the wood they would use. I said that was fine. She kept rolling her eyes and insisting I tell her what we would want to take through the fence. We had no plans for any certain items, we just wanted a larger gate. It took several times to tell her this, as she kept interrupting me, rolling her eyes, and pushing me out of the way to measure and remeasure the gate. "It's simple, what do you need to get through here?" She interjected again. I explained again that we had no specific plans. I kept trying to ask her how a double gate might work as one side was next to a downspout. She kept saying it was possible then impossible then possible again. At one point she interrupted saying "Just tell me what you want and I'll build it!" I explained that I do not build fences, and I wanted opinions and options. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes, and as she started to berate us yet again I had to ask her to leave my property. During the entire 4 minute visit, she was rude, condescending and completely childish. She looked at us with disgust and was unprofessional. I wouldn't hire this company to take out my trash.

EADs did a fantastic job replacing my fence. They sent someone quickly to give me an estimate, and communicating with EADs about the proposal, timing of job, and concerns was quick, modern, and efficient, taking place over email and text. They sent two builders to do the job and they took their time to make sure it was right. It took them about five days total, in between rainstorms, to tear down and replace the fence. They came out on a Saturday to finish it. They built everything on site instead of bringing in prefabricated panels, which allowed them to build to the contour of my yard. Each night they left the area clean, and after the job they did a great job cleaning up and spreading out the dirt from post holes, sweeping up sawdust, etc. They were upbeat, professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and seemed genuinely proud of the work, almost as if they were building it for their own home. Many neighbors have commented on the quality and look of the new fence. EADs certainly isn't the cheapest bid, but in this case I feel we got even more than what we paid for. It's a beautiful, high-quality new fence that will last for many years.

EADS came out to give a quote quickly. Out of the quotes we received EADS seemed the most knowledgeable. The material needed to be ordered and was installed as soon as possible. The gate needed to be ordered once the rest of the railing was installed and we were very happy with the final look. The gate has a lock so that children can't easily open it which is what we wanted. Very happy.

They took my info and said they would be in touch, 2 months ago. They never called back.

Actually, they were just out here. They had put in my original fence and after about fifteen years - it's a wooden fence - it has worn down, which is expected. That's not anything against them. And so I had them back out here about six weeks ago to repair it, and they did an excellent, excellent job and were able to not destroy any of my garden that I have around the fence. I can't thank them enough for the job that they did. On price, I didn't get any quotes or anything so I'm sure it was a fair price. I just don't know - I didn't compare with anybody else. On professionalism, oh my gosh, big A. They're local, they're not a chain business, and I always try to throw my business to local mom & pop, individual, self employed businesses. So based on the scores that I gave them, if people can consider using a local business, that would be great.

We contracted Eads fencing to install a new fence at our home at the beginning of October it has been more than 9 weeks and we still can't put our dogs in our yard. We were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. We paid them 1/2 up front for them to start. They still have not installed the double gate and they left piles of dirt all over the yard. They have been paid in full. They were to come out and cover the hole in the fence but have not yet.

They were sensitive to the particular demands of the job and completed it very nicely.

We hired them three times. The first two times we had no complaints. The third time, we hired them to extend our aluminum fence about 50 feet, and we had nothing but trouble. The work crew kept not showing up, and giving excuses that ranged from broken down truck to traffic. A one-day job took three days. Also, they damaged an electrical line. Every company has some lousy employees, I get that. What concerned me is that as I started working my way up the chain of command to complain, no one seemed willing to accept responsibility or even to apologize. The best response I got was from the sales manager, who was willing to go so far as to say "I regret we reached the point where this conversation was necessary." The first two experiences with Eads were absolutely fine, so I'm not going to ruin their grade because of the disastrous third time. But folks should be warned that they do not seem to have any structure for handling complaints.

It took them a while to respond to an online request for a quote, but once they got out here and did the measurements, etc. things started moving. They recently completed the work and the fence looks beautiful.
