Description of Work: They did a horrible job and it took 3 days. They still need to come back and fix 3 gates!! One will not close at all! They didn't even put their logo on the gate like they did our neighbors. Will not be recommending them. They got a job off of us already and they are having problems too.

Description of Work: Kept stringing me along - barely returning phone calls. Did an estimate and I had to chase just to communicate again. And then didn't take my deposit to get me on schedule. A waste of everyone's time.

Description of Work: Company installed perimeter fence in spring of 2015. We have a deep outdoor stairwell. With our grand daughter now 2 years and walking and the addition of twin boys, we had them install additional fencing and gate around the stairwell. It is an attractive addition, the installation work is perfect, and installer was very professional (neat & tidy - only evidence that he was there, was the fence). In the process of removing the heavy pipe rail that was there, the screen in the door was torn - but they had it fixed.

Description of Work: Though the fence is installed (split rail) and it appears to be installed correctly, the gate was originally put in the wrong place. It is now moved to the proper location as I requested with no problem. I am however terribly disappointed in the respect as to the cleanup and care in the way they left my property. Mounds of dirty at the post holes was left in piles and my driveway was covered in dirt. I have called them to come back as I feel this is not my responsibility to clean up. I did however clean the driveway as I did not want all that dirt to be tracked in to the house and there was rain on the way. I have yet to see that they returned to clean up the mounds of mud at each post hole.

Description of Work: Purchased split rails for replacement by myself. There were several corner split rails and shorter split rails that required replacement. I asked for an estimate. Estimator came out and mentioned that the job would be significantly more than if I did the job myself. Showed me how to measure the split rails. I appreciate his honesty and will hire them to replace my entire fence when my posts go bad in a few years (3-5 years).

Description of Work: Installed new fencing. Sales representative was hard to work with. He didn't have a completed contract before he wanted it signed. Installers were hard workers but not the most careful.

Description of Work: Replaced the netting on a 10-year old deer fence. The poles were already in place, and we even took down the old plastic fence material (for a $700 discount). One or two guys did the work in less than a day. They later added a gate for an additional cost. We had gotten the rodent protection (wire fencing over the plastic fencing, but they neglected to add the rodent protection to the bottom of the gate, so that animals chewed through the plastic fencing on the bottom of the gate. A deer later pushed his head through the holes an actually lifted the gate out of its hinges and the browsed my wife's garden. Big Trauma! We had asked the deer fence technician to stop by and add the rodent protection to the gate (phone call and follow-up email) but he didn't do it. We had to rig something ourselves. The deer fence technician was nice enough, but for a job that was so expensive, I'd expect a little better follow-through. My wife said it was her money to spend, but I thought it was overpriced since the poles were already in place and we took down the old fence and cleared the brush away. | |The deer fencing seems to be somewhat separate from the rest of the fencing business, so for all we know, Eads might be more reasonable on price for traditional fence jobs. They have also done good work for some non-profits I know, so they have a good reputation as community members.

Description of Work: They are very busy so just be aware. It will take them about a week to get back to you with your initial call. It will be worth it though. Easy to work with. Easy to talk to and understood exactly what we needed. The gentleman who did the actual work were direct. Knew what they were doing and did not waste time. Great guys!

Description of Work: No one ever called me back. Was very disappointed as they are right in my town Loveland.

Description of Work: Installed a new aluminum rail around my rear patio. They removed the old rusted iron rail completely and drilled in the new aluminum rail without any problems. The installer had a tough 8" patio slope that he was able to compensate for without issues. I came home from work and saw a beautiful new patio rail in my back yard.

Description of Work: The company installed 3 fences. One was a Kentucky Board Fence, One was a Fiberglass Privacy fence and one was a Vinyl clad fence around our pool. It went very smoothly. We had a problem with the washers on the screws on the fence around the pool rusting. They came out and replaced all the washers immediately and at no charge

Description of Work: Eads put in a Simtek fence for us. They did a good job, the problem is that they initially walked away before the job was complete. They did come back, after calls to the owner, and did a good job of finishing. Great product, good installation, just poor follow through.

Description of Work: Approx 140 feet picket fence around back yard-. Yard landscape very irregular and small dog able to get under fence. After much discussion they came out an replaced 25 pickets with longer ones and lowered some additional |pickets. Through no fault of theirs "Houdini" dog able to get through pickets 3-3 1/2 inches apart so son-in-law had to apply chicken wire around fence which installers suggested but I refused at that time. All in all pleased.

Description of Work: We contacted Eads Fence Co. for an estimate on a privacy fence. The company representative, Brian, was prompt and professional. The estimate we received beat our previous estimate by several thousand dollars. Not only did Brian give us the estimate for the product we were looking for, but offered us other options and gave us estimates for those products also. We were very pleased with our initial meeting with the company, and will be making a decision about our fencing in the near future.

Description of Work: I submitted a request for quote on their web site twice. I never received any communication from the company, which was disappointing. We decided to use a different company to build our fence because of the lack of communication.

Description of Work: We had contracted with Perrino landscaping to do significant work on our yard, an requested their assistance in engaging a reputable fencing company for our yard. EADS was engaged, surveyed the job, and submitted a competitive bid. They started the job right away, and carefully removed the remnants of the old fence. In cold, rainy weather, they dug the holes for the posts and properly placed them, and continued to work the next few days in snow while building the fence. Highly professional crew with a will to do whatever it takes. Quality job-- looks great!! Would highly recommend this firm!
