Very well.

They were complete amateurs. They had no respect for personal property. I have had to spend about $6000 dollars trying to fix and re-do the work that they were supposed to do. They didn't properly sand or prepare the walls before painting.

They did a good job and we are very happy with them.

Eads came to our site on two occasions, took measurements and made drawings. So some unknown reason they failed to provide a bid in spite of our repeated request calls. Promises were made by high level management, but no proposal was made.

Eads did a great job. The salesperson was prompt in scheduling time to visit the project and provided a proposal on the spot. He also offered several suggestions for fence design and hints on what not to do; which was very helpful. The fence was installed within the time frame expected.

Average. Fred, the salesperson, was great! He returned calls promptly and did what he said he would. The men hand dug the holes for the posts and finished the job in 2 1/2 days. They showed up in the rain on Saturday morning to finish which initially left me impressed. Upon inspection, they left piles of dirt by each post for us to haul off or leave and kill our grass. There is a part that goes into the ground near the gate so when the gate is closed you can put the rod into it to hold it in place but they didn't put that piece in the ground. So we had to jam the rod in the dirt to keep it steady when closed. The vinyl liner was too high in some spots which allowed for our dog to get out. Fred offered to remove the dirt, insert the part in the ground near the gate and fix the liner. I took him up on the part and the liner. We still have dirt killing our grass near some posts.

The work was done in two separate stages. The fence was installed by a crew of four or five men within two weeks of the bid and completed in one day. They left a lot of excess dirt around the posts that they should have cleaned up. They also installed the gate backward which was later corrected. The arbor/courtyard was custom installed by Fred Williams (who also gave us the initial bid.) All together, it took about two months to get both jobs done. It would have been nice to have the work completed sooner, but we are very satisfied with the quality of the work, especially our experience in working with Mr. Williams.

I set up an appointment with a representative of Eads Fence co. to give an estimate for replacing privacy fending around my patio area. The first appointment was set for 6/12/06 at noon. I arranged my schedule to be available, and no one showed up. After several days I called the office to see what had happened. A very nice person assured me that I would receive a call from the rep. The rep did call my cell phone after several days. Again, I set up another appointment. This appointment was for 6/27/06 again at noon. AGAIN, I rearranged my schedule and AGAIN, he did not show up. Needless to say, I will NEVER again call or contact this company for any work. I will make sure my friends, relatives and neighbors know the shabby attention they give to appointments. If I were rating this company I would definitely give it a F. No fencing is worth this time waster.

I called them for a fence estimate and a very polite person took all my information and explained that I would be contacted by a salesperson in the very near future. That was over two weeks ago and no one has called back, thus I will not contact this company again since I had a rapid response from three other companies.

The Job was delivered on time and at a cost that was in line with the competition. They were able to schedule my installation right away, which was great. They arrived on time, finished when they said they would, cleaned up when they were done, and it looks great. We're very happy with the finished project.

We love our new fence. The only problem, which was corrected the same week, was that they installed one of the gate latches backwards. The workmen were polite and friendly and did the work in a timely manner. No delays.

A great group of individuals, very easy to talk with and they did a excellent job. The quality of work we were very pleased with. Overall a very professional company to deal with.

I had a great experience & highly recommend them. They will come out & give options, ideas, & estimates, & are more than willing to work with the customer.

They were outstanding. The gentleman who came to estimate & make suggestions was good & professional. They were on time & responded to phone calls. The 2 young men who did the installation worked quickly & well- my neighbor even commented on what good workers they were. They also cleaned up & left my yard in good shape.

QUICK SERVICE, GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

WE HAVE HAD TO HAVE A COUPLE MINOR REPAIRS DONE AFTER THE FENCE WAS PLACED. EADS CAME OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO REPAIR THE FENCE. CURRENTLY, THE SINGLE GATE LATCH NEEDS TO BE REDONE. EADS IS SUPPOSED TO COME AND FIX THE GATE LATCH.

I SPOKE TO BRIAN, HE DID A GREAT JOB OF ESTIMATING THE JOB. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME TO THE JOB WERE LATE. THEY SUB CONTRACTED TO A PERSON AND DIDN'T TELL ME.

THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO INSTALL THE FENCE THAN ANOTHER COMPANY. I WAS EAGER TO HAVE IT INSTALLED, SO I WENT WITH THE OTHER COMPANY, BUT THEY DID SEND OUT A NICE INDIVIDUAL FOR THE ESTIMATE.

BRIAN WAS VERY GOOD IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND HELPING ME TO PICK OUT THE RIGHT STYLE OF FENCE. GETTING THEM OUT HERE TO INSTALL THE FENCE, THAT COORDINATED WITH THE LANDSCAPER TOOK MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS.

INSTALLED SIX WEEKS AFTER WE MOVED IN AND TECH HAD MUD ON HIS FEET AND SLOPPED IT ALL OVER OUR NEW CARPET.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB & WERE VERY QUICK. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO & EVEN SOME THINGS THEY DID HAVE TO DO. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE FENCE IS BEAUTIFUL AND MANY OF OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE MADE COMMENTS ON IT.

I HAD THIS DONE DURING THE SPRING WHICH WAS SO VERY WET AND IT DID TAKE THEM A FEW WEEKS TO GET THE WORK DONE (MUCH OF MY BACK YARD HAD STANDING WATER!), BUT THE DELAY WAS NOT UNDER THEIR CONTROL. HAD TO HAVE 1 RAIL REPLACED SOON AFTER INSTALLATION AND HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET IT DONE. HOWEVER, THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THE ESTIMATE GIVEN WAS THE MOST ACCURATE AS TO THE LENGTH OF FENCE NEEDED. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FIELD AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS TO SOLVE SOME OTHER FENCING ISSUES. WOULD RECOMMEND WITH NO HESITATION!

JUST THOUGHT THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH COMPARED TO ESTIMATES RECEIVED FROM OTHER FENCE COMPANIES.
