+ -1 moreThe efficiency and professionalism of this cleaning business was astounding. It's hard to find companies like that nowadays. I initially only wanted a one-time clean, but with their prices and service I will be scheduling them to come clean my home at least once or twice a month. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: I called Diamond for an estimate to clean my home the weekend before my sons birthday party. A lot of friends and family would be over so I wanted everything to looks just right. My call with Diamond was very professional and informative. They were able to immediately give me a quote based on the services I requested. The price was slightly lower than some other quotes I received so I decided to give Diamond a try. That same week I had a team of 2 professional cleaners at my door step at the time they said they would be there (actually 5 minutes early!). The first thing I noticed was how legitimate this company was. A clean company car and each cleaner greeted me with a smile. Once I showed them around, they got right to work. I couldn't believe the attention to detail they had at each task; cleaning everything the right way with no "rush job". They were able to get the whole job done in a fast time because they work in teams. Divide and conquer. When they left my home was the cleanest I have ever seen it.

Description of Work: The team is always on time and professional. They go right to work eliminating any need for me to follow up and have a great communication system regarding quality or complaints should I need to use it. We have the same crew leader during every cleaning that knows our home And expectations. I would definitely recommend them.

+ 0 moreDecluttering was amazing. The cleaning was very nice. It was very nice to come hone to a cleaqn fresh smelling house. I did have an encounter that was not resolved to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Assisted with decluttering, deep cleaning then bi-weekly service until I was laid off from work.
