Description of Work: They removed the old deck and installed a new deck with updated railings. The work was done in a timely manner and the workers were very professional.

Description of Work: As I was seeking estimates for deck replacement services I arranged an appointment from this company. They canceled due to mechanical failure of a service vehicle. I called again on September 4 to re-schedule and never heard from this company again.

Description of Work: We obtained an estimate to tear down an existing deck and rebuild a larger, 2-level wood deck (18x16 upper and 14x14 lower). Chris Lyon came to our home several times and worked with us until we could decide on a design. He spent a lot of time discussing ideas and doing computer-generated designs which were helpful to us since we had difficulty visualizing our ideal deck. Chris was very professional, had great ideas and was very responsive to our phone calls. One problem was that the original estimate was $2000 higher than the real cost, so that was a factor in our decision not to use this company. My husband also preferred another company's design.

Description of Work: REPLACED THE DECKING, RAILS, & STAIRS ON OLD DECK.
