Daves Floor Care

Exceeded expectations. Dave came out and gave me an estimate which proved accurate. Was on time arriving with his assistant on the scheduled day. Cleaned and scrubbed the bathroom tile and grout with excellent results. Dave and his assistant then began a very labor intensive (hands and knees) cleaning on the wood floors bringing back much of their luster. You could see a real improvement in the area cleaned. After having the service performed we will probably make a annual or semi annual practice. Dave is also an extremely knowledgeable person on the proper care of wood flooring and cleaners that should be used to keeping them looking their best. The final results of Dave's work exceeded our expectations and given the amount of effort that went in to the cleaning we felt his services were a very good value.

Dave is a professional and a wonderful person who is proud of his work. He had an extremely difficult job because the wood flooring in the house was a quality floor and it has had 10 years of use. This was in a house where we are second owners and would never have put in a floor of this poor quality. Despite a real challenge, Dave made the floor look 200% better. We were extremely pleased. He had one helper who was great and we left the house for them to work for the day. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Dave was scheduled to clean and polish my floors on a Monday. He was over a half an hour late and I called his cell number. He said he was on another job and would call back. Later that day, his assistant rescheduled for Tuesday. Apparently My appointment had been incorrectly entered. He arrived on Tuesday and cleaned off the acrylic finish. He finished a second coat the next day. The floors have a beautiful, soft shine. I called him back another day for a spot that was not quite right and he gladly came and touched it up. He knows floors!! From carpet to tile and grout to commercial floors to 200 year old wood floors like mine. I recommend him. His business is built only by word of mouth and he works 7 days a week.

Dave arrived at the agreed time and looked at the items I needed cleaned. Dave was friendly as he assessed the fabrics and explained how the different fabrics required different methods and what the price would be. There was no pressure to have work done or extra charges added. He was very knowledgable about the fabrics and what needed to be used to clean them. Dave did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. His price was reasonable and I would again use his services.
