Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection

I had to wait a few weeks for them to come out due to weather and being busy, but when they came out they did a very nice job and cleaned up the site pretty well. I’m happy with the gutters and called them to come out once when I had a question and they were very quick to respond.

After doing some research for gutter guards, I decided to call Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. John came out and gave an estimate for the guards and as soon as an opening became available, the guards were installed. The young man who installed the guards was very nice. A few weeks after the installation, I called John with a concern about how the the gutter was sitting and he came as soon as he was available and fixed the issue. He even did some additional maintenance/repair on the soffit. I would recommend when looking for gutter work, that Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection be considered.

Work was done promptly, most of the debris was cleared.

John came out to look at the house and give us an estimate within 2 days of requesting one. He took the time to walk the job with me and discuss options and potential concerns. The quote was in line with what we expected and we accepted within a day. John and his crew did the work 2 weeks later (as he had committed). They did the work over 2 days, dodging rain showers and making sure that the house always had gutters when the rain started. They were quick, efficient and left the job site very clean with no debris. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

Our contractor was Cody. He worked very quickly and efficiently. He also notified me of a problem area on one of the gutters which he promptly took care of.

Alan was extremely prompt with coming to the house, assessing the job, and getting us a quote. Cody was very professional, polite, efficient. It was a great experience and we'd highly recommend them.

The team did not clean the gutters or downspouts prior to installation. They left major clogs and debris in the gutter which resulted in major clogs in my downspouts and water overflow. The water overflow led to soil erosion under my deck which I have reinforced now with paver bricks. I would not recommend using this company. Maybe others have had better experiences or changes have been made at the company regarding the 2 individuals that installed, but a basic cleaning shouldn't haven't gone unnoticed by this company. Below are pictures of my problems. I am unable to upload the video showing water overflowing the gutter and downspout.

Job was done quickly and price was reasonable. Would definitely use again. And would recommend them.

John Allen came to the house gave estimate told me they are about 2 weeks out for the work no problem notified me that they had An opening about week early Ron and Marvin showed up on 25 July around 11 am very professional were done around 4 PM was surprised all cleaned up all debris removed highly recommended to anyone needing gutter work

Responsive to phone calls, quote was detailed and straight forward. Work was performed ahead of promise date. They arrived on time and all work was completed in one day. We were very impressed with John when he came out to give us a quote, and the the guys who came to complete the job were very nice. We were so happy with how changing the color of our old gutters from dark brown to a nice creamy white changed the curb appeal of our house. Also, when they sent us final invoice, it was very easy to pay by credit card using their on-line system.

The reply to my interest in a quote was within 24 hours, but it took more than a week for the owner (John) to come out, which may be normal for spring time. He told me he could fit my smaller job in between other big jobs he had scheduled that week, and I didn't need to be home. The workers came within the week as he said, when I was at work. They left a little debris in the yard, but overall it was cleaned out well and re-attached at places that needed it. Very nice and professional. Thanks, John.

No Issues all work completed as contracted

They are pretty busy -- I would think because they do good work at reasonable price. But they always responded to the phone, and I believe they scheduled me as soon as they could, within a couple of weeks. Ours was an odd kind of job, but they did it precisely and quickly. I´m glad we found them!

Small mix up but company responded promptly

Double charged. Took 5 mos to get money back. Crew left job site without cleaning up.
