They were fast at cleaning and installing the gutter guards. No issues since we’ve had them put in. Excellent service.

It took several weeks to actually schedule the work, but when it was completed, they did a very good job.

The work was done in a day. I was called several times before to verify time and day for work to be done. The only negative is less than a month after work performed, I receive email from Angie's List with another company listing gutter covers for less than half what I paid.

After the service was contacted, it took awhile for the work to be completed. The owner kept in touch but it seemed like a long time. The work done was very good.

It took a while to get things going but once they got the okay after the extra estimate they were quick.

The man that came out to give the estimate was very nice. Everything went smoothly. They were timely and I have been very happy with it.

A field supervisor was dispatched and carefully checked all areas on my list. He provided feedback on what was/wasn't needed, provided pictures and explanations for recommendations. I had several shingles that had come loose (some could be tacked/others needing replacement) and one ridge vent loose. He found my insulation to be adequate, the boots in good shape and the gutters clear. Within a week they had someone on site to complete all repairs. The company was totally pleasant, provided a written estimate, and completed all work in a short order. They even called to confirm the day they planned to work was OK with me. I will have them back again for annual checks.

Great. Work was done and there was absolutely no evidence of anything being disturbed. Didn't realize work was performed until 3-4 days after it was completed.

They promptly came over and fixed the siding. They even had to replace one of the pieces as it had broken from the wind. They did not charge us. Excellent service.

I wasn't sure what we needed to do with our gutters. They were pulling away from the house and water was dripping out from behind them causing erosion on the ground below. I thought we may need new gutters but Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection quickly came out and said that they could repair the gutters and came out quickly the next week to do so. They were so great and down to earth, not trying to sell me more than I wanted and their pricing was great. We did not want to spend a lot at this time on our gutters and they were able to help us do what we needed to for the gutters to work properly but not charge us an arm and a leg. Great company I would highly recommend them for anything and will be using them in the future when we need to replace our gutters.

All went well, work was done while I was on vacation.

John came to the house for an estimate and looked at two different problem areas (gutters around a porch and around an entry way in which the paint was peeling in the corners). I appreciated his honesty when, after spending time up on a ladder inspecting the area, he told me that entry way paint issue was not from water damage and that the gutters were in good shape. He then spent a considerable amount of time problem solving with me to find the best choice for replacing the gutters around the porch which has settled over the years and is leaning away from the downspout. None of the other estimates I received took this into consideration and I believe that the gutters that we had installed will serve us longer and better because of it. The installation was lengthy due to the installer initially receiving the wrong size gutter. Despite this, he stayed late until it was completed, cleaned up, and was just generally a nice guy. After the caulk had dried and we tried the gutters out, we saw one spot that was draining more slowly than we'd like. I spoke to John and he had his installer back out to change the pitch slightly (it was a difficult installation due to the pitch of the porch) within a few days. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work, honesty, responsiveness and handling of all my requests. They were not the cheapest estimate that we received, but I feel the work they did and the business they run is far superior.

We scheduled the service for a Friday. The installer called to confirm he was on the way, arrived, did his thing, and left. Everything went off without a hitch. We had a heavy storm a week or so after the installation and the guards held up perfectly and did what they were supposed to do. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this company without hesitation. On a side note, my father-in-law also used this company to install his gutter guards and he is also extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

Very well. Had to wait for a break in the weather to estimate and do the repair. Since I had water coming into the second floor they hurried and got it into their schedule on the first break of two days of sun. Minimum job size for them is what I paid: $250.

Paul was excellent. Great Customer Service, knowledgeable and pleasant. I purchased a roof inspection post-closing and he was able to assess the roof and give a list of priorities of problem areas. When a tree had fell on the home he assessed the roof again spoke to the claim adjuster. I will most definitely use Cincinnati Gutter and Roof for all my roofing needs they are honest and punctual.

I am very grateful to Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection for their quick response, helpful service, as well as going above and beyond during a time of year in which they are extremely busy. I called and spoke to John on Tuesday to explain the water problem in my newer home (3 years old), and by Friday he was at our house investigating the issue. He climbed up on the roof, inspected the siding and windows, and then called me at work to tell me what he found. He also texted me a photo of his findings, along with directions on how to weatherproof around a window where the rain was likely seeping through, to fix the problem. When I asked what I could pay him for his time and expertise -- he told me I didn't need to pay him anything. Wow. Not many companies do business this way. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. As my home get older and I need to replace the roof and other items, they will be my first call.

Today we had our roof replaced by Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. This was the end of a two month long frustration involving a leak and our insurance company. From the first day they were there to help us. They walked us through dealing with the insurance company, choosing the right shingle and replacing the roof. I could not have made it through this without their help. Paul was a joy to work with. Always easy to reach and helpful, all my questions were answered immediately. His advice was invaluable. This morning, the team came to replace the roof and replace a damaged part of it. Tonight we have a beautiful new roof. Five guys did it all in one day, and when they left I couldn't find one nail or scrap of shingle left anywhere. All day they worked with care and then cleaned everything up beautifully. If we ever need roof work done again I will call no one else. When we replace our siding, they will doing the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had previously spoken to Paul Thompson, senior estimator and field supervisor, to inspect my roof about 2 1/2 years ago about the cost of a new roof. After inspection, Paul told me the roof had cupping but I did not need a new roof at that time. (Let me add, a different company was in the neighborhood and upon inspection told me I definitely needed a new roof.) I told Paul I appreciated his honesty, and when the time came for a roof, I would return to Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection. Fast forward to March 2016: I am planning on selling my house and wanted a new roof. Paul returned to examine, remeasure and explain what needed to be done. The material was delivered on Saturday. A crew of 8 men arrived early Monday morning. They removed 3, yes 3, layers of old shingles, and then promptly began to give my house a facelift with new shingles and everything else that it needed. The workers were courteous and hardworking. They laid tarp all around my house and hauled away all the old shingles and any other mess. The crew was finished and left about 6 that evening. On Tuesday, material arrived midday and work began to remove the old gutters and downspouts. This 2 man team completed their job on Wednesday. They were also courteous and hardworking. Paul checked in several times throughout the three day period. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I knew what to expect as far as pricing and any additional charges should there be an unseen problem. Originally, I picked Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection for a second opinion years ago because they were highly rated on Angie's List. I chose to have them install a new roof and gutters because Paul was a man of integrity. I was not disappointed. Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection will be the company I will use again whenever I need their services in the future.
