Description of Work: Replaced 4" gutter over patio with a 6" gutter and 3" x 4" down spout. Had run over problems in heavy rains. The new gutter solved the problem. I was very impressed with their service.

Description of Work: I had a problem of gutter overflow and asked for their suggestion for remedy. I took their advice and am happy with the result. They did NOT try to up-sell to me. They worked/finished when they said they would. hey did not ask for payment until after work was finished.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters (leaf guards) and downspouts. It was raining when the 2 man crew finished the job. There was rain water poring down the side of my house, overflowing the gutters. I had to flag down the crew as they were leaving and point out the problem. The guy just shrugged and said I probably needed another downspout. I asked them to put one in and was told they didn't have any more material and would have to come back. A couple of days later the crew showed up, without calling to schedule an appointment. Luckily I was home at the time and was able to point out another problem. There was a big gap between the roof and the gutter at the rear of my house where animals would get in under the roof. Again, the guy just shrugged and tried to say that gap had been there before - it had not. | |Both problems were fixed but I never heard from the company again. There was no follow-up to see if I was happy with the product or if there were any concerns.

Description of Work: We've had new gutters and toppers installed and a few roof repairs.

Description of Work: Sealed all corner joints, cleaned gutters, and repitched a section of gutters. They did a great job, the gutters do not leak anymore and the repitched gutters drain properly now. They even came back at two different times to fix two trouble trouble spots. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replace 47' of gutter and some fascia. This was an Angie's List Big Deal. It was supposed to be 50' for $250. They charged me twice as much for some exception that wasn't excluded in their deal, but who has time to fight them on it when your gutters are causing danage in a high rainy season? They did schedule me in and I didn't have to be there, nice - but they left trash in my side yard. But hey, at least they came out. I couldn't even get a quote from the two other Angie's List providers I contacted. I had to use these guys because AL wouldn't give me a refund when the company wouldn't honor the deal. Also didn't seem concerned about it..no disciplinary action to the company, no modifying the deal to warn future suckers of their 'exception' and no budging on their refund policy that I was one day past ( high rainy season delayed getting the job booked then no joy getting alternative AL provider quotes in time). Seriously considering cancelling my membership come renewal time. I don't trust AL anymore. I said I'd use this company again, but only because it's likely they'll at least do the work so you'd have no choice.

Description of Work: Company tore off shingles and replaced or reattached plywood that was poorly installed 12 yrs prior by another roofing company. I had used Cincinnati Gutter and Roof two years prior for my gutters and they did a great job. Best price and great job for both roof and gutters! |Very happy. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

Description of Work: They replaced 30 ft. of damaged 4inch gutters. They did the job quickly, professionaly, and on time.

Description of Work: Project was delayed because of weather on other projects. Not a big concern - they can't control the weather. Subcontractors finished the project in two days but left debris, paint chips from the old gutter in the bushes and on the lawn. |They forgot to install a boot at a downspout. I called and was told they would be out, but they never came back.
