Description of Work: I paid angles list $399 and never received any work. This is currently in dispute through my credit card co. I never use you again after this bad experience. This was supposed to be for 150 feet of gutter replacement by Cincinnati Gutter & Roof repair. Never heard from them tried calling several times and phone was disconnected.

 + -1 moreThe quoting process was very pleasant. John is responsive and made several trips out to the house to ensure his quote was accurate. The price was more on the expensive end of other quotes I recived, but I felt that the responsiveness was superior and I had existing experience with the siding side of their business - with great results. Work was performed in about 2.5 days. Upon inspection there were a couple of visible faults with the work (wrong pitch on a couple gutter lines). One phone call to John and the gutters were adjusted as requested in about 2 days. Feel good about the 2 yr workmanship warranty.... Overall good experience

 + -1 moreWe had to do a bit of cleanup after they left but the overall work was very good.
Description of Work: After the great windstorm of 2008 we had about 1/4 of our shingles removed by mother nature. Fortunately we were able to put a nice tarp up and seal it pretty well so we weren't in a HUGE rush. This was a good thing because it took our insurace a while to get the estimates together and decide on the amount. Once everything was finalized we decided on Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection. They had the best price and I think they had a good attitude. Due to winter weather we had to wait a bit, but once the window opened up Jamie got the roofing crew out and they did a complete roof replacement and redecking. The crew was able to do the whole job in one day! They did a pretty good job cleaning up but we still are finding stray nailes in yard but I don't know if anyone could get them all. A little bit later they came out and the siding crew came out, stripped off the old siding and installed new siding. The house looks like new! The siding crew did a good job and they advised us on some minor changes they had to make as they pulled off the old siding.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. After an initial hiccup on an estimate, everything moved as promised. Jamie does a nice job and does what he promises. The roof looks great, they cleaned everything up after themselves and followed through on the contract.
Description of Work: 2 layers of shingles removed and replaced with 30 year dimensional shingles by Owens Corning. They did some other small repairs on the roof also.

 + -1 moreHere in Cincinnati we had a massive windstorm - a historical event. Needless to say, we sustained major roof damage. I knew that roofing companies were going to be busy, so I gave Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection a call. They were here promptly the very next morning, before I could even contact my insurance!!! I received an estimate, and then they came out just a week later and did the roof. They even placed tarps down to protect the exposed areas while they did the estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the job they did on the roof.

 + 0 moreJohn Allen was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs. He explained that his bid was a little higher than normal due to the height of the roof (over 3 stories up on the north side of the house, where the overflow was the worst) and due to the need to remove the screens as they worked. His bid was significantly less than others I had received. He offered their gutter protection system as an alternative to our screens (in a low pressure way) and respected out desire to just clean this first time, and see where that gets us. We accepted his bid the next day and his two guys worked very diligently the day after that, and cleaned up the area around the house afterwards. A very satisfactory experience, money well spent, and a load off of our minds.
Description of Work: Cincinnati Gutter cleaned all the gutters and downspouts of our 2 to 3 story home that we have lived in for 5 months now (Miami Trails area). The gutters all had screens, but they were all filled with roof silt from a roof replacement 3 years prior, and debris from the many surrounding trees. They removed all the screens and cleaned all the gutters, cleared the downspouts, repaired a bent screen and removed a one foot deep pile of leaves between the roof and chimney, which could not be seen from the ground.

Even though his estimate was more than others submitted, we decided to go with him because his proposal was sound and because he appeared to be so efficient. He performed the work as promised while we were out of town for a weekend. In fact, he got things taken care of sooner than he had promised. I would recommend him without hesitation.
