They were very professional and did a good job. They did not try to upsell me or sell me all new gutters, they just replaced and repaired what was broken.

Overall, the final quality of the work is very good, I am completely satisfied with the end result. John was reasonably responsive. I did have to follow up a couple times on communications, but responsiveness was reasonable and acceptable. The entire process was very easy. They sent someone out to estimate it, I received an estimate shortly, and got the work scheduled in a matter of days. The day of the job, they showed up on time, were very friendly, and took care to inform me of what was going on. When the work was finished, the junction of two pieces of gutter guard didn't look very neat and I had concerns that some small gaps might let debris through. I taked with John and he sent someone out to take care of it, and it now looks perfect. I very much appreciate it when someone does whatever it takes to make sure that any concerns are taken care of. There are not many companies who would have responded in this way. I will certainly call them back in the future.

Absolutely wonderful job. Never felt like any short cuts were being taken or even thought abought. Paul was honest and candid about everyhthing. He felt bad about all the additional 33 plywood sheathing, which he had no way of knowing until the shingles were removed. He placed himself in the customer's eyes. Job well done. They got all the work done in 2 days, unbelievable. I will contact them for any potential roofing work and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I received estimates from 5 different gutter companies to replace the gutters on my home and install leaf guard. All of the estimates were fairly comparable, however, what really made my decision to go with Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection was that John Allen, General Manager for this company came to my home and sat down with me and talked about what I needed and showed me all of my options in regards to color and leaf protection along with explaining the type of gutters I would receive. NOT ONE OTHER ESTIMATE THAT I RECEIVED TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME. Since I have been in customer service for 20 years, I was so impressed with John's commitment to his customers that I immediately signed the contract on the spot. I figured if John cared that much about his customer's then his crew had to also. Of course I was right! One week later the crew came to install the gutters, they were friendly and went straight to work and did not stop until the gutters and leaf guard were completely installed. I even decided at the last minute to have leaf guard installed on my detached garage and they also did that. They cleaned up everything and you would have never even known they had been here. The gutters look great and I am extremely pleased. I would HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Gutter and Roof protection for your projects. I intend to refer them to anyone and everyone I know for gutter and roof work! Thank you John and the crew for an outstanding job.

The entire staff at this company is very professional and timely. I am very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend this company again. Great quality and very competitive pricing. During the process of new roof and gutters we had an issue, I called and within 1/2 hour the owner of the company showed up and took care of everything. John Allen responded to request for bid on the first business day following my request. He was here the same week. Very professional demeanor and appearance. After discussing what we would like to have done and pointing out some particular trouble areas, John went to work. He made no assumptions. After preparing his estimate on-site, he gave me several options on color selections and different quality options on gutter guards. No pressure to "close the sale" the same day. As my husband was not home at the time, John offered to return to review or answer any questions that my husband may have. After reviewing estimates from other companies, we chose Cincinnati Gutter and Roof. The date for the installation was negotiated within a week of our go-ahead. John explained exactly what would happen on installation day and time involved. Two of his crew showed up bright and early and started to work. They again explained what I could expect throughout the day. Very polite and graciously answered all my questions. When the work was completed, they cleaned up the perimeter of the house, including all the debris that fell out of the old gutters once they were removed. John followed up to make sure we were happy. Good job all around!

We had an unexpected leak in our roof that appeared with the spring-like storms we've been having of late. My husband looked on Angie's List and contacted John Allen from Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection. He was scheduled to come the next day, but my husband and I needed to reschedule. He was very accomodating. When he arrived he was prompt, friendly and very helpful. He took numerous pictures while up on the roof and showed me where he believed the leak was coming from and what repairs he made. He was in and out in less than an hour. He told me that if the leak wasn't fixed when the next rainfall came to call him and he would come right back out. We had more rain a few days later and the leak was gone. All of this for a VERY REASONABLE price! I will definitely call Cincinnati Gutter and Roof Protection for any roof/gutter work we might have in the future.

John came by the same day I called for a free estimate. He was professional and showed me a verity of gutter guards samples and prices. His installers were prompt and professional as well and installed the product in a timely matter.

I was concerned about icicle formations on my gutters, so I suspected excessive heat loss through my ceilings. From what I could tell, peering into the attic, I would have guessed I had perhaps six inches of insulation. John, the owner, came out and went completely through my attic and found that my insulation levels were actually "OK" or "average", and my soffit venting was adequate. He explained how the icicles are being formed due the design of my front porch, which made perfect sense, so he recommended a vastly cheaper solution of using thermostatically controlled heating cables in the gutters themselves. My front gutters are undersized anyway, so eventually I will replace them and add the heated cables at the same time. John spent quite a bit of time here, explaining everything in great detail so that I could understand what was going on, and he was honest enough to recommend against work that I didn't need. I appreciated that, along with his easy-going manner and knowledge, so I'll be using him for all work of this kind and recommending his services as well.

When John came to the house, he got up on the roof and discovered that the issue was, in fact, related to the pipe boots. The seal around both of the boots was cracked - allowing the moisture to get in. He quickly corrected the issue and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable fee. I was pleased with John's knowledge, promptness and professionalism - but it wasn't until a few months later that I saw how truly exceptional he is. I had an issue with a similar leak in one of the bathrooms in November after a different contractor had done some insulation work in our attic. This contractor sent out someone to assess the situation, however, the person that they sent did not know anything about roof leaks. I asked this contractor to instead call John, since he was familiar with our home. Not only did John show up, but he worked me in that same day (between other appointments) and checked out the work that he had previously done on the pipe boots. He didn't find any issues with the work, but as long as he was up there he went ahead and added additional sealant. I told him and the other contractor that day that John was one of the most honest and professional people I had ever worked with, and we have had quite a few contractors at the house over the years. I will not hesitate to contact John for all of our future roofing and siding needs.

All work was done promptly and the quality was good. I would certainly recommend CGRP and would use them again.

Despite the heavy rains, constant demands for his services, and relatively small scope of the job, John Allen responded quickly to our call for an estimate and his crew performed the work with reasonable speed. The price was extremely reasonable, too. We will be calling CGRP for an estimate on roof replacement when that time comes and recommend the company without reservation.

They were on time and they came and did the work. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I am happy with the work so far. It looks good so far and I want to see how it withstands hard wind and rain.

John was responsive, came to the house and provided an accurate estimate with his advice on how to best solve my gutter issues. The service men came a about a week later and installed the product quickly and efficiently. They weren't the most personable group of people in the world but they got the job done and that is what matters most. I will definitely use them for future work.

They quoted me about $4100. I couldn?t get the work done because of what is going on with the property. My attorney doesn?t want us to decrease the value of the house until we resolve the issues with the tenant. They showed up on time and they were professional. I didn?t have any concerns with them. They knew that they were in competition for it. They showed interest in the job. They are in the running for the job.

I have used Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection service in the past. They had put gutters on one side that I was very pleased with and I decided to put the gutters on the other side, so I called them once again for a return visit. I would use their service in the future too.

This was a fantastic experience! This company was the third estimate we received and was the best price and also had the soonest availablity. We had water stains in our living room where the front porch meets the house because the flat roof was leaking really bad. I was surprised when Jamie said he could have a crew out the following week and I really didn't believe it at first. I was sure something would come up and they would postpone but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew showed up the following Tuesday morning and began working right before 8am and was finished by 3pm. Jamie came out that day around 4pm and did a thorough inspection, the crew had failed to remove a cupola that we no longer needed and Jamie had them back on my roof 20 minutes later to correct the issue. I have no doubt in my mind that this company would much rather perform quality work once than have to deal with making additional repairs in the future. Jamie even tested my flat front porch roof with our waterhose because we had some structural issues due to settling of our porch. Our home was built in 1952 so the front porch roof isn't of an ideal design. He wanted to make sure our problem was really solved. I would recommend this company to anyone! It was the best experience we have had so far with any service company! Thanks to Jamie and the crew!

Overall the experience was very positive. The crew was done in two days and came back on the third day to wrap up some details. They were careful to clean up and prevent damage.

John was very responsive initially and was quick to provide an estimate. It was very difficult to find a reliable company on Angie's List that did both gutter cleaning and minor roof repairs. I had noticed a couple of shingles that had come off the roof and needed someone to replace them and ensure there were no problems. John took one of the damaged shingles to his supplier to try to find the best color match. I was not at home when they came to perform the work, so took his word on the choice he made. The gutters that I could see looked well cleaned out. Unfortunately, his crew missed one shingle over the back door. I called John to ask him to complete the job and mentioned that I still had the exact shingle and it was in pretty good shape. I had to call him a few times before he finally got someone over to complete the job. In the meantime, I received a bill for the work, which I did not pay until the job was complete. Because their price was reasonable for the combined work, I will probably consider this company in the future if I have minor gutter and roofing needs.

We got four different estimates. CGRP was the second lowest - slightly lower than the next higher estimate and half as much as the highest. (The low estimate was not responsive and we finally gave up trying to get him to call us back.) John Allen came out to do the estimate and came back to finalize the decisions (size, color, etc.) and his crew showed up less than a week later to install. It was a pretty small job, but they got to it quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

John, scheduled an appt. to check out the situation, came as scheduled, gave me a fair assessment of what was needed (and not needed), and an cost estimate for the work. I agreed with the estimate, and the work crew completed the work within a week. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend them for gutter work.

We didn?t go with them because of the price. There was a chance that we were going to do additional window or door replacement in the future. We wanted to work with the same company who would do our vinyl clad on the wood trim. So this was another reason why we didn?t use them. They were professional and friendly. They took the measurements and talked to us about the product and also the installation process. They answered any questions that we had. They even spoke about other general topics related to deck and the products he had.

They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They had to haul off all the old shingles. We are very happy with the work they did.
