Description of Work: All new windows on the main floor and replaced 2 exterior doors. The quality of the windows are such that when the temperature drops to the 30s at night and we have the furnace turned off, it is still in the 70s inside the next morning. In addition, the up and down temperatures usually experienced when the furnace cycles on and off is gone. Also, we hear much less outside noise.

+ -1 moreThe reason why we decided to go with them was the quality of the product as well as the professionalism of the salesperson. They also gave us a solar bench included in that price in order to help us see demolition when they work in the attic. They really went out their way in order to help us out and make us feel comfortable. We had a not so positive experience with another company salesman that we had prepared for in advance. So we decided to go change eventhough probably it was a little bit more than we had wanted to spend originally but we wanted them because of the quality and their willingness to kind of go out of their way out to help us, so we really liked that experience. Their quality is great and they were very professional. We had an issue with the roof put on, we did have a leak that came from the roof one night when we had a heavy rain, and so they came out at 7 a.m. the next morning and were here for quite a few hours to fix the problem to make sure that they knew exactly where it was sourcing. They were very diligent about making sure of it. We are satisfied with the product and the experience. We haven't have any problem since then and everything looks great. They gave a warranty to us as long as we have a house. They were definitely very helpful.
