Description of Work: Two service men arrived. One began steaming cleaning the 3 rooms and hall. The other began engaging me in talk about his father being murdered and describing the guy who did it. While my trying to watch the fellow operating the steamer. Looking back I think this was a deliberate act to distract me. What I did observe is that the steam operator made one swipe back and forth and moved on to the next line. He never once went over the reallly bad areas or spots, no did he spray a liquid to assist the cleaning. When I complained to him he said that this carpet does not slean easy.. The job was so bad, that I called another Company (Widmer) and they came out the following week . One guy only. I showed him the bad areas and asked if he thought he could clean them - - - if not then I did not want the service. HE said he thought he could and started. Not only did he spray a chemical spray on the bad areas, but went over them several times until cleaned. It was a very good job. He also daid that the B&B guy was wrong about the fiber not being able to be cleaned When I called B & B to complain I was told that I should have called them back as it says on the bottom of their bill "within 10 days for a reclean" and the supervisor refused to make any adjustment.or refund.

+ -1 moreTHE CARPET CLEANERS WERE ON TIME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. THEY WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY HELPED TO MOVE FURNITURE AND WORKED AROUND MY NEEDS WITH MY ONE YEAR OLD WHO WAS TAKING A NAP. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS.
Description of Work: I HAD MY CARPETS IN MY LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, HALLWAY, AND TWO BEDROOMS DRY CLEANED.

+ -1 moreWE HIRED B&B TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS AFTER GETTING AN ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS MUCH HIGHER (THREE TIMES AS MUCH). I WAS WORRIED THAT MAYBE B&B WOULDN'T DO AS GOOD A JOB, BUT I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. GREG CLEANED OUR CARPETS, AND HE WAS COURTEOUS AND ATTENTIVE TO WHAT WE WANTED. HE GAVE GOOD ADVICE AND DIDN'T PUSH EXTRA SERVICES IN AREAS WE DIDN'T NEED THEM. HE ASKED ME SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK THE AREAS HE HAD CLEANED TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T SEE ANY REMAINING SPOTS. OUR CARPETS LOOK ALMOST LIKE NEW, AND ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE JOB GREG DID, AND I WILL CALL B&B NEXT TIME WE NEED OUR CARPETS CLEANED.

+ -1 moreWHEN SEARCHING FOR A COMPANY, THEY WERE THE LEAST COSTLY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY TOUGH STAINS OR SPOTS, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT, I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY CLEANED A MASTER BEDROOM SUITE (COUNTS AS 2 ROOMS), ANOTHER BEDROOM, A HALLWAY, 13 STEPS AND A LANDING. THE COMPANY USED STEAM CLEANING. TWO GUYS CAME TO DO THE WORK, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. MY BIGGEST GRIPE IS THAT THE WORK WAS DONE SO QUICKLY (LESS THAN 20 MINUTES), THAT I FELT THAT I DID NOT GET MY MONEY'S WORTH. I HAD SOME BAD SPOTS/STAINS IN THE CARPET, IN WHICH THEY DID NOT PUT FORTH ANY ADDITIONAL EFFORT TO CLEAN.

Description of Work: THEY STEAM CLEANED 7 AREAS. THE WORK WAS UNSATISFACTORY. THEY NEEDED TO RETURN AND RE-CLEAN THE CARPET. STAINS WERE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO BE REMOVED AND THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS PRESSURED TO SCOTCHGUARD THE CARPETS BUT WITHOUT EVER GIVING AN EXACT COST FOR THE SCOTCHGUEARDING EVEN WHEN ASKED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

+ -1 moreTHE CLEANING STAFF (2) WERE VERY POLITE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK "POINTS OFF" WAS BECAUSE THEY CALLED FOR DIRECTIONS AT THE TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE; I FELT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED IN ADVANCE.
