Great service. They did an excellent job including cleaning up after themselves.

Great! They managed to remove a tree stump next to a wooden fence without any damage to the fence structure. All stumps were removed without leaving a trace through the yard.

They were propmt and curteous in providing me an estimate. Estimate was in the ballpark with other estimates 3 estimates I got for the job. Hired because the company is local. Work was scheduled and done on scheduled date. Worksite looked great. They did a good job cleaning up the worksite. I would hire again and have recommended them to others. Only complaint is once I gave them the initial deposit, I never heard back on the planned work date. I had to call them back to get a tentative day when the work would be completed. Overall good company.

I purchased the 6 man hour deal on Angies list, but also purchased additional hours. It took about 25 days before they were able to do the work. I had requested they take down as many dead Ash trees as possible in their time frame. They estimated 5 trees, but they got 6 down for me. (i kept all debris and doing own clean up) I was very pleased with the work and the efficiency in which it was done. It was an extremely hot/humid day to be doing that work and they worked hard. They did exactly what i had asked them. All workers were very friendly and professional.

Arbor Services did a fantastic job! They were on time, did exactly what they said, and left our yard spotless. They raked up every last leaf and branch, and even moved back a few small furniture items. We could not be more pleased.

They cut down the tree and did a great job. Their communication was very punctual, I had left a message that morning and heard from them a few hours later and they cut down the tree that afternoon. Very good customer service we are extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone in the future. They cleaned up afterwards, the yard looks great. Thanks Guys !!!!!!

Tony's crew did a superb job. Besides cutting down three trees, they removed trimmings and cut remaining wood into fireplace lengths. When they were finished, the yard didn't show any signs of debris. I have additional landscaping work to be done and will be calling them.

The Ash tree was about 40' tall and between my and my neighbors house. I was almost dead from Ash Borers. They had to climb and remove a limb at a time. They knew what they were doing. They did such a good job on clean up that you would never know there was a tree there. There was hardly any sawdust around. The elm was a little easier since it was in the back of the yard but clean up was again outstanding. There service and price was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Work was done professionally. I was contacted within 2 days and the person came for evaluation within a week. They were backed up and I was told that work would be done three weeks out. I made a call to check after two weeks and they confirmed the appointment date and time. They came as promised and completed teh job professionally. Left the place clean and looking neat. Very professional and value for money.

Work was performed while we were at work, Tony did such a great job you wouldn't know they were there. The yard was immaculate.

We found Tony, the owner of Arbor Services LLC, to be both knowledgeable about and concerned for the health and beauty of the trees themselves. He was professional and very personable. Compared to other services from whom we requested estimates Arbor Services quoted a very reasonable price, especially so when considering all that was done and the care with which it was accomplished. Unlike other companies contacted he was able to offer the service without the use of heavy equipment which eliminated having to involve my neighbors yards in the project or having tire treads embedded in my yard. He also helped us with additional trees around the house that needed light trimming. We are very very pleased to have found Arbor Services and give them our highest recommendation.

I received the estimate within a week of calling. After the estmate it was about a week before they came out to complete the job. Everything when well; we are happy with their work.

Arbor Services LLC showed up right on time and began work immediately. I don't like to have bucket trucks in my yard due to soil compaction harming tree root systems, so they came in with their trucks and equipment avoiding all drip-line areas, and used ropes to climb and cut down the tree from the top. The tree was right next to a chain link fence, but because of the technique they use involving swinging limbs down on ropes as they go, they avoided any damage to the fence. Once the tree was down they ground the stump and cleaned up the debris leaving the site as clean as a whistle. There was no sign they'd been here, no litter, no cigarette butts, just one less tree. I've used Arbor Services many times over the years and they've always done a perfect job. They respect tree root systems which is not always possible for companies that use bucket trucks exclusively, they respect the health of trees by not using climbing spikes on trees that just need to be pruned, and they always do the job efficiently for the price quoted. There is great integrity in the way they operate. I also appreciate their professionalism shown by presenting licenses and insurance without being asked, and by all workers wearing proper safety gear and working in a way that demonstrates solid training. They're also a very personable crew, so it's always a pleasure to hang out and observe the work being done. They perform a host of other landscaping services as well. Aside from the many trees they've removed or pruned for me, they installed four tons of river rock on an embankment and planted another embankment with purple wintercreeper for erosion control. The owner, Tony, has a strong command of just about any landscaping job I've suggested, so the work has always been done flawlessly and for a price that is very competitive and affordable. My highest recommendation.
