Treats customers the right way - no job is too small. Attention to detail and follow up were both outstanding.

They were the only service willing to do a small job - install a powered vent in a glass block window. Installer called the morning of the scheduled install date to re-schedule because the vent was not ready from the manufacturer. It seems that the installer should have been "on top" of the part availability sooner than the scheduled day of installation. This caused me a little bit of an issue since I had cleared many items in the basement to give the installers easy access to the work area. After re-scheduling for ten days later, the installer did not call an hour ahead of time as promised. Once on-site, the work didn't even take an hour and they were very considerate of cleaning up the area. Overall I would hire them again, should the need arise. The inconveniences were minor and the work and costs were better than average.

The whole process was easy. The work went smoothly and the installer was very nice. Beautiful new windows and everything was left clean and sparkling.

Nothing else to say. No mistakes noted, price was good, workers were focused on the job, polite, explained what they were doing, called before they arrived. I would hire them again in a minute if I needed glass block work done.

I chose this company because the used mortar to put in the windows. They also had beige which went nicely with the brick of the house. Tom did the install and Chris came to help with the clean up. Good guys. I'll recommend them to my neighbors. The whole process was very easy.

Even with mistakes made, all were resolved promptly, and professionally.
