This was an easy process. Free estimate with no pressure sales pitch. The sales man was very knowledgeable and friendly. Glass blocks were installed in one day. They look great

They arrived at scheduled time and got right to work. Temps were over 90 the day work was done and they completed the job within 2 hours. Tom and Chad did an outstanding job and new windows look terrific.

They arrived in the morning and went right to work, the combined experience (48 years between the two of them) was quickly apparent. These two professionals worked efficiently removing all seven basement windows and frames using extreme care to avoid any damage to the surrounding brick or flower beds. With equal speed and care all seven glass block windows were set in place level and plumb and mortared inside and out. The work area was cleaned up, old frames and equipment loaded on the truck and the job was complete in a very short time. What a difference these windows make in appearance and security. I would have no problem recommending or using this organization again. I am very pleased.

These windows are mortared in which I discovered is important when installing these as it helps with sustainability as they are exposed to the elements. Bill was great at explaining the process and actually brought along samples of the blocks and vents for me to see. This allowed for an informed decision. They look great and have a 10 year warranty! Chris and team was professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them!

The sales rep that came out to give us the estimate was wonderful. Then there was a 2-man crew that came for the install day - they were even early! The first crewman that I encountered had no interest in communicating with me, I didn't even get his name. Thankfully, the other crewman had manners and introduced himself properly. He did my final walk-through and was professional and courteous. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this company and can not recommend them enough!
