I would highly recommend this company. I feel that they were honest and did a fantastic job. Very respectful and nice at all times. They were running a little late from a previous job but kept us updated and were worth the wait. We could tell that they wanted to do a good job at the previous house which told us how conscientious they would be at our home.

Andrew did a fantastic job for us. He and his crew came ready to work and they quickly took care of everything discussed and even some items that I had not anticipated being an issue. With this being my first time filing an insurance claim for water damage in my house, Andrew went so far as to point out things for me to photograph to point out to the insurance company. He did everything he could do to help put my mind at ease at a time of high stress and I really appreciated that the most.

My entire basement flooded , Andrew was very quick to call me and come out to my house within hours. He was very good at explaining what should be done for cleanup along with being very considerate of all my losses. Andrew, the Owner of AMP Restoration is a credible business owner that made me feel confident and that I made the right choice. When I met the team that worked at my property for the next few days, they were efficient, compassionate and knew exactly what they were doing. They made my family and I feel like we were in good hands. My parents are elderly and this situation was a huge devastation for us all causing much stress and fear. My parents along with my disabled brother live downstairs-of did. They just lost their entire home and all of their belongings. There is no other words to describe other than shock and thanks be to GOD that we live to tell the story. I just lost 1/2 of my house, the one asset I own is now damaged along with a new hot water tank, furnace and washing machine. My parents lost their kitchen, their beds, their clothing, priceless irreplaceable family photos and momentous. They just had their bathroom remodeled, the list can go on and on and on. The only silver lining is I found AMP RESTORATION and I can test easy that the huge job of emptying and cleaning 3-3-1/2 feet of water was done right the first time. I truly can t say enough about AMP Restoration, LLC. They came in, they answered every and all questions and got the job done perfectly. They made my home a safe place for my 87 year old Mom with lung issues and my 83 year old Dad with several heart complications feel safe again that the air they are breathing is mold free and all is sanitized. AMP did a great job! My gym looks great with the updated light fixtures. The lack of sufficient light fixtures has always been an issue, but after a morning of work by AMP my gym looks bright and cheery. They were professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Andrew from AMP Restoration was very punctual and professional. Andrew was very easy to work with and sent us texts and pictures of the progress throughout the job. We initially called him to clean up water damage, but then ended up having him also do the entire remodel job as well. Our kitchen was small with outdated cabinet sizes. Andrew was able to think outside the box to help us maximize the space with new cabinets. I appreciated his professional opinion on product choices. At times, he gave a different perspective that I had not thought of. All of his work looked great - cabinet, counter, floor, lighting installation, painting and clean-up. I highly recommend calling AMP for a water restoration or remodel job. In fact, my sister already hired him for a job at her house and I have another job for him as well.

If I could give AMPRestoration ten stars I would. We were in a world of hurt on a Saturday morning (of course a weekend day!) when our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. We were desperate so I thought why not try HomeAdvisor. I no sooner posted our dilemma and there was an email from Andrew. He was at our place in two hours and worked until 9:30 at night. We were afraid that we might be taken since we had to get the work done immediately, but that was not the case with Andrew. Prompt, professional, high quality, honest and thorough...I can t say enough about how happy we are we ve found AMPRestoration.
