We use hem several times. They are also our general contractors for the furnaces of our businesses.

We continued to use them for this long. The price is very comparable. I have never had to use someone else. I have no idea what their pricing is for my husband's business. They try to get back to you within 24 hours to 48 hours of your phone call depending on the volume that they have to work with that day. For punctuality, would give them an A because due to the volume of wherever they are working prior, they give you a window.

Had tony come out to a**** and provide an estimate to convert our home from all electric to gas with high efficiency furnace. Quick response initially and reasonable appointment to do a site inspection. This is where it turned to the worse. Tony had said it would be about a week to return a quote since they were backed up from flooding and summer has arrived. After two weeks had passed I had contacted tony and he said they were busy but would have something back very soon. Another 10 days passed and sent another request from tony and copied the office. I had asked them to at least inform if they did not need or want the work so I could arrange for another contractor to do 10k worth of work. Another 5 days have passed and still no response. It has been about 1 month since their visit and I have had 3 other companies come out and supply quotes in shorter time. I would not recommend nor use this company for their willful neglect to respond to a customer in need. Buyer beware!

The visit went very well. A phone call was recieved prior to arrival. Ray went straight to work upon arrival. He conversed with my husband as he did his job. He took things apart and cleaned as necessary. He cleaned up after the task was complete. He was kind and did a great job. We were satisfied with his services. Thank you!

They did a good job and were able to accommodate to my specific requests. The sales rep was also very knowledgeable.

All went well except AC drain line leaked after cleaning. Service man had to return a sequent day to repair. No additional charge for sequent visit. Just inconvenience.

I spent about $4000 on the job. They came out and first repaired a gas leak and then installed a new high-efficiency furnace for me. They provided excellent service. They actually did the work on a handshake; they didn’t need a written contract, which in this day and age is exceptional. They took my work and told me that they would be out to install the furnace the very next day. They followed up on it. Initially, they had come out on an emergency for the gas leak. Then, I determined at that point that I wanted to buy a new furnace and so, I used them for the same. I will use them again in the future.

We identified local contractors who were authorized dealers for the HVAC equipment we wanted. We cross checked them against BBB and Angie's list. BBB rated them A and Angie's list rated them A (rating more than three years old). We were impressed with their representative's HVAC knowledge and professionalism. Their quote was significantly higher than the contractor we chose. The contractor we chose was also highly rated by BBB and on Angie's List.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. THIS COMPANY FAR EXCEEDS ANY EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH OTHER COMPANIES I HAVE HIRED FROM ANGIE'S LIST. THEY REALLY KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. WORKMANSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS GREAT!!!!!
