Our rep came monthly, said he saw evidence of mice in the basement but did nothing. A mouse ran across the workbench the next day after a monthly visit. I called back, another rep came out and set traps. We had five mice in the next two days. How many were actually there, we don't know as we continued to find dead mice. That it became this bad while we were under contract and being inspected every month is shameful for this company. Very disappointing.

ALWAYS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, DOES GOOD JOB

The rep came when he was supposed to but I haven't seen a reduction in the bees. The nest was in some evergreen bushes by my front door. I asked the rep to spray and he refused saying that his treatment would kill the bushes. I didn't care about the bushes I cared about my highly allergic roommate who couldn't leave the house because of the bees. I'm firing Orkin and going with someone who cares about people more than shrubery.

They are great. They had somebody come out and take a look. They did an assessment, found an issue and took care of it. They stop by once a month. The guy who serves this particular area is a very good guy. He is very personable and my wife has been using him in her prior home for a number of years. He does a great job. He come in and does his work efficiently and well. They are reasonably priced.

I didn't have any pests for years. I didn't renew my contract and I noticed some spiders showing up. They are very thorough and professional. They also offer a discount if you pay for the annual contract ahead of time. My technician always told me when he was coming ahead of time.

They were very professional and got rid of the problem. They highly needed a couple of applications and everything was taken care of. They are pretty reputable company and highly efficient. They were a little expensive.

They sprayed inside and outside of the whole house. They sprayed inside all the baseboards; basement through second floor. I like their technician. Their price is reasonable. I would continue to use them again in the future.

I answered an online survey for them and they lowered my price. I'm always satisfied. They are very accommodating.

The representative they sent was the sweetest person. He comes on time, does his job and I couldn't be more pleased. They could give a senior discount.

They come regularly every month. They do an effective job. My experience with them has been very good. They come out second Wednesday of every month from April through October. They basically send the same people out to do the job. They have almost eliminated the centipede problem I was having; they may still get some occasionally but not like what it used to be. The whole area of Lakewood has centipedes in basements. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They have been really punctual and responsive if we wanted them to come and re-spray or things like that. I have a monthly contract with them. I spend $100 every month or two months. They have been really good. It is a year long contract. We had an ant problem and they took care of it and that made my wife happy.
