LAKELAND GLASS

The tech came out to my house and determined that I needed new glass panes with updated glass features ( anti glare, low e glass. The only hitch I encountered was waiting for a call that my glass was in. Somehow my order was in but not scheduled. I called & they scheduled the install for the next day. The installer was on time and it went very well. I would hire this company again if needed.

The gentleman arrived at the agreed upon time, determined what needed to be done, and set immediately to work. Both the man who gave me the estimate and the repair person were efficient and friendly. I am very pleased.

They were awesome. Made a shower door fit in a apparently not square opening my contractor had made. Worked with me on non-stock handles that my wife eventually nixed. Install was fast clean and efficient. Even provided me with extra pre-cut door sweeps that keep the water in the shower so well.

One of the panes of glass on the bottom two shelves of my curio cabinet had broken. Because it was an unusual shape, I removerd another one and took it to Lakeland Glass to have a replacement made. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by a young female receptionist who then got a glass specialist to speak to me. He looked at the pane I had brought, and told me a duplicate could be produced without difficulty. He helped me choose the correct weight and type of glass needed, and said it could be ready in in three days. The estimated price for the work was about $20.00. When i arrived three days later, the glass was ready as promised. It was shown to me for my final approval, then wrapped and taped up. The final cost was $22.00 (and some cents with tax). The glass not only was a perfect fit, but matched the other original two panes exactly. The service was professional, courteous, and delivered when promised. I will definitely utilize Lakeland glass again, and recommend it to others.

They stayed within budget and finished by the time they said they would! They were also very friendly and courteous, and even though it was a small job, they didn't make me feel like I was any less of a priority.
