+ -1 moreThe work is always professional and economical. I trust the company as a whole - and each technician/individual is top notch. In addition, they are very responsive and punctual. Can't ask for better service. When I need to replace the old unit, I'll be calling them as well.
Description of Work: I have used Energy 1 for several repairs to my furnace and A/C over the last few years. I have an older unit that needed a few repairs and also I wanted to move the air conditioner a few feet to accommodate a new patio.

+ -1 moreCalled in the morning. Service repair person arrived at 4:00PM, debugged the problem quickly and replaced the bad part. Finished around 4:30PM. Service person told me about a $15 coupon online and I received the discount. Very pleased with price and service experience.
Description of Work: Replaced capacitor in the condensor unit.

+ -1 moreThey were very well kept and very polite. They cleaned my furnace and I have no complaints. They explained to me what they did. Their prices were reasonable. They have online coupons, which I kinda like, on their Web site.
