A few bumps but this contractor communicated and made adjustments to complete the work as promised . Plan on using them again for other projects and will recommend this contractor to anyone who is looking for a professional contractor..

Experience was awful. This guy Joe treated our home like a rental property. We hired him to paint the whole house, floor the whole house, remodel the kitchen and both bathrooms. My girlfriend and I were inexperienced as this was our first house and he knew it and took full advantage. The first thing he did was setup the payments so that he would receive 75% of the money in 2 weeks. The way he did that was he estimated finishing the job in 4 weeks. He asked for 50% up front and 25% halfway through (which was 2 weeks) and the final 25% on the last day worked. I now know that is not industry standard. The problem is that instead of it taking 4 weeks it took him 14 weeks. We had a hard move in date that he was fully aware of and he did not care. Once he got that second payment his entire attitude changed and he became rude and unmotivated. When it came time to move in my girlfriend had to take our newborn baby and our dog and move in with her mother while I stayed at the house under construction with no kitchen. Joe could have cared less. He promised me right up until the day we were supposed to move in that it would be done and of course it wasn't for another month and even then it was never really done. The floor is now popping up in random places throughout the house, the paint job is awful, the upstairs bathroom is something you would put in a rental property not someone's home. The countertops are the wrong measurement so they don't fit right and the cabinets that they painted look terrible. Instead of coming to the house to inspect it himself he would tell us to tell his workers what needed to be fixed and they spoke zero English so you couldn't really have a conversation with them and they were not good at what they were doing. We had to buy a house bc the baby was coming and he knew that and he couldn't have made the experience worse for us. We spent a lot of money and he treated us terribly and his workmanship was poor. He also changed the name of his business halfway through the project. I would not recommend anyone get in business with Joe.

These guys were great. They worked on multiple properties and got the work done faster than expected. They actually did a complete roof for me in one day could not believe it. Amazing job would recommend as they are finally accompany. That does what they say they're going to do.

Overall, it was very good. The requests we had were thoughtfully completed. The finished project looks good.

JYE took a large closet in my basement and was able to turn it into a full bathroom. They ran all new plumbing, layed LVP flooring through out, framed a separate room for my utility area. I requested a full tile shower, as well as drywall ceilings and they absolutely delivered! Would highly suggest for your home remodeling needs.

Went well. We met and developed the plan and how they were going to complete the deck, what materials and an estimated date of completion. Excited to use the deck for gatherings this year!!

FINALLY! A company that is available and completes their work! My bathroom went from a hopeless 1990’s vibe to an updated & modern sanctuary!! Will hire again for downstairs bathroom next year!

I had JYE construction complete work on my basement. They were very professional and got us scheduled very promptly. They did amazing work and we will definitely you them again for future needs.

The team at JYE was exactly what we needed from start to finish. Their design team gave Us multiple design options for our new kitchen layout. Once we had the design in place they got to work within a few days. They were very neat, cleaned up their mess each day and made our remodel as unintrusive as possible. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Joe and JYE to anyone!

JYE took our dark, outdated bathroom and turned it into a bright and modern space while keeping the project within our budget. The tile on the floor and in the shower looks amazing and I especially love the little details like the modern vanity light, shower fixtures, and LED mirror. We will definitely use them again on future projects.

JYE came in to finish my basement, (create rec room, frame out rough in for basement bathroom and create wet bar area). Joe and his team were responsive and knowledgable to all the questions that I had. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier with the turn out. I will be reaching back out to them to finished my basement bathroom here in the near future. I absolutely recommend them for your next home project.

Joe and his team were amazing from start to finish. I had already received 2 other proposals for this project before calling JYE; and I’m so glad I did. Their proposal saved me over $5,000 and the quality of the work done was amazing. Joe communicated with us every step of the process and even finished 3 days ahead of schedule.
