To be honest I thought they would have a hard time getting the clog cleared, which I had been working on all week but within about 20 minutes Juan had the line unclogged and the toilet flowing. He was great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Such a good experience! We had a plugged drain which another company was unable to fix. It was evident that Georgeâ s repairman was determined to get it fixed. Our drains are open now and working great. Repairman cleaned up everything when done. We had been given a quote over the phone and that was the amount we were charged. Very nice to our dog as well:).

The technician arrived quickly, as promised. He got right to the problem and completed in a timely manner. He made suggestions on how to prevent this problem in the future.

Arrived 1-hour after the call on a Sunday, Cleaned the Sewer Line to the Street within 30 minutes. Problem fixed! Great Team - Good Prices!

They called to set the appointment but I was at work and unable to talk but they called back later, set an evening, arrived on time and repaired the clogged drain within an hour. Very thorough and pleasant customer service!

The men were friendly however they could not fix the problem and left me off worse than the beginning..I had a leak when they left that was not leaking when they came to my house. They didn't know how to fix my drain. My kitchen sink was still clog and leaking. I would never recommend the company to anyone. They charged the full price.

Cameron and Juan were amazing. They traveled a great distance to get to me and were there within a short time. I was told when they would be there and called 15 min out, very punctual. They kept me in the loop and when the job went into the next hour, they stopped and gave me the option to go on or not. No surprises on the bill, job done as quoted. Before they left they cleaned up everything and disinfected doorknobs, etc. Would I recommend them? Most definitely. Those guys are truly polite and wonderful human beings. 10 stars boys!!!

Came in and directly Snaked a 50 ft drain, but did not clear trap! Never even checked the trap! Blamed slow draining on the drain vent, we replaced the vent. Still not draining properly. Told me they had a 30-day guarantee! Work was done on 2/20, went out of town from Tuesday 2/21 to Sat 2/25. Called them on 2/27. They told me they were coming that evening. At 6:30 I messaged them and their answer was No we will call you tomorrow to see how we can help you because it is definitely bad plumbing work that is finally starting to show up. NOTE it is been working just fine for 3 yrs! They continued to only agree to Call on phone and said it would not take a week to show up! I informed them I was out of town and not using it. They told me to call the plumber who installed it over 3 yrs ago. They never bothered with the strap. My husband will try to do this as I cannot afford another 180 to repair sink clog. Clearly the clog is above the trap where they cannot snake. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THEM they do not stand behind their work or honor their so called guarantee! I would give zeros but that is not an option!

Called soon after 9 am and Cameron and Juan (?) were here by noon. Cleared sink drain. Very nice, efficient and knowledgeable workers. Will definitely hire again if needed.
