+ -1 moreEric and his team did great work. I bought a new (very old) home with radiant heat and no central air. I wanted to keep the radiator heat and add central air. He walked me through all of my options and spent a significant amount of time with me during the estimate process. I chose Lenox over several other area HVAC companies because he was professional, courteous, and gave me the best rate. They came out on the days promised and completed the work thoroughly. I contacted him with several follow up questions, and he was always quick to respond. Although I don't know much about HVAC, I know that my central AC is now working great, and I have had several other workers in my home and they have all commented on what a good job Lenox did. And as a side note, I have already re-hired Lenox and had him out to do another job--which he also did fantastic, reasonably priced work on. You won't regret hiring Lenox!
