Description of Work: bob replaced the glass in five skylights. bob responded to my request in less than 24 hours. the glass was ordered and installed in a timely manner. I am so pleased with the results. I plan on having bob replace the glass in two other skylights in the spring.

Response from Skylights Plus
We installed six skylights for this homeowner between 2003 and 2006. The first three were on a lower flat roof and then about a year and a half later we installed three more on a shingle roof above these as a part of a remodel we did on the master bedroom. After the second install there was a problem with one of the lower skylights. As we had difficulty pinpointing the exact problem, we replaced both the lower rubber roof and the shingle roof above this skylight at our expense to resolve the problem. As you can see from all our other "A" reviews, we always stand behind our work. Several years later we were hired again to put a new metal roof on their garage and to install two tubular skylights on a rental property. I have not heard from this homeowner until a few weeks ago when she called to have us install new skylights on a home she just purchased. There was no mention of any problems with any of the previous installations at that time. In this world of political correctness, I have struggled as to how to respond to this review. As this homeowner is attacking my reputation, I felt compelled to reply. This review lacks facts and details. I believe after almost 10 years from the original installation with no recent mention of problems, the review is nothing but an act of frustration from this homeowner. I was unable to assist her with her new project as I refused to reschedule all the jobs I am currently committed to within her timeline.

Description of Work: Bob was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and in answering all my questions. The price was fair and the work was outstanding. We had 3 new skylights installed with solar powered shades. I would highly recommend this company!
