Johnson Fence

We recently had a fence installed at our home in Upper Arlington. We received a reference on Ken, whose quote came in almost $1,000 less than Landis Fence. Therefore we decided to go with Ken, and were not disappointed. He was extremely responsive from the beginning, helping us choose the right fencing option for our home and he handled all of the paperwork with the City. He did have to push back installation by one business day because of bad weather, but can't fault him for that. He showed up on Monday to begin installing the posts for the privacy fence, and also got 1/2 of the aluminum fence up. The next day he came back to attach the privacy fence and finish the aluminum, so he was in-and-out in 2 days. The fence looks amazing, and I've had multiple neighbors stop by to compliment us on the look of the fence. I cannot recommend Ken enough!

They did it very quickly and at great price.

I contacted 3 fencing contractors to get a bid for my very large yard. Ken was great. He set up an appt quickly, was on time and very very personable. He even knew about trees and plants! He got to work right away measuring with his fancy wheel (the other contractor had me walking around while he held the tape measure - which incidentally STARTED at 4 inches!). WE discussed what type of fence I wanted and he had some great ideas about where/how to put it in. He gave me an estimate after working up his numbers. His price was very very fair. However, another contractor, whom I had done business with in the past, actually MET this estimate, so based on previous experience, I went with the other guy. But I don't think anyone could go wrong with Ken. I only wish I could have chose both of them!

The initial communications were done through email. All my emails were responded to quickly. Kenny provided a ballpark estimate based on the information I provided through email and the final job was completed within a couple weeks from when we first made contact. Once Kenny visually estimated the job, the price went up a bit due to the need to trim some trees that had grown through the existing fence. I would recommend this contractor for privacy fencing.
