Description of Work: I met with Wayne Holland at the site of a home he was building. He took time to meet with me and fully explained how he builds homes and his philosophy of providing only quality homes. As a small builder he is more able to respond to particular requests than a tract builder who has a limited set of options and will not deviate from them. Exactly what I was looking for. I am currently finalizing a floor plan and will submit it for pricing. I was very impressed with every aspect of his building. He cares about the quality of what he does.

+ 0 moreHolland builders did a great job. We were getting water in our basement due to an improper flashing on our deck. They removed all the deck boards, repaired the flashing and put new deck boards down. Very professional job.
