Everything turned out well with the service. The company contacted me pretty quickly for scheduling, they showed on time, and they did a reasonably thorough inspection. Ultimately, they did a good job, and I would recommend them.

When Jeremy arrived, it started sprinkling. He worked on fixing our gutter rain-flow problem, cleaned out 30 pounds of gunk. Pretty soon it was pouring rain and he worked right through it. He was convinced this was the best way to find out if the angles were right and actually rain water poured out the proper places. I was very impressed.

Didn't hire this company. But seemed very professional.

The smoothest transaction I have ever had..honestly, it was wonderful...they showed up on Thursday morning, I left for work and come home it was finished...there was not anything left on the ground at all, it was fast and clean

It went great Mr Mullins was very professional and pointed out several areas where the water may be working its way in. He told me he would drop off an estimate to have someone come out and hopefully finally get rid of this persistent leak.

Brian came out to the house and looked at the work that I wanted done. I was only going to replace part of the screens and he recommended doing all of them. He explained that if I only replaced the ones that had holes in them they would be a different color and it would look better to replace them all at one time. He also cleaned out a stairwell drain that potentially could have caused a water back up and allowed water to run into my lower level. There was no additional charge for the cleaning. I would like to thank Brian again for preforming this service for me. I would hire Allstate Exteriors again for any future work that I might need done.

a phone call to give me an estimate after arriving at the residence and looking over the problem. Was prompt and able to repair the gutter immediately. Made me feel very comfortable and affordable. Would highly recommend this company.

Brian was very helpful, patient and responsive to what I needed done. He helped guide me through the insurance process and paperwork and kept me in the loop the entire time. There was no added expense or hidden fees. They kept their word.| They installed a new roof on a very difficult and steep roof plus a garage. The crew - which numbered about 6-7 came out, got to work and worked very hard. They didn't speed through the job but took great care to do a top notch job. The clean up was fantastic. You could not tell they had been there and the yard looked better than when they came. Brian came back a day or two later to do a final inspection and answer any questions. Even though I thought it looked great, he saw something , that I doubt anyone else could see, that he wasn't comfortable with even though there really wasn't anything wrong. He had his crew out right away and they fixed what he wanted. Excellent company. I would highly recommend them!! You won't be sorry.

We were very satisfied with the presentation and work that was done. A second rafter broke and was replaced while the roofing work was being done. After work was completed a third rafter was found broken and it too was repaired. All work was completed for the original price that was quoted. Within a week of completion I received a thank you card in the mail for our business. I referred Allstate Exteriors to my sister and she too had work done at her house and was pleased with the quote given her and the work that was done.

Gave estimate to fix one bad spot in roof and replace gutters and downspouts on front and side of house. They showed up a little late but that was ok. They got right to work. When they got to looking at the roof there were two bad places. Both needed the plywood replaced. This was an additional cost above the estimate. They even had to leave to go get the plywood. They stripped the shingles off the bad places. Put new plywood on and re shingled the places. They took care to put flashing up where the upper roof met the garage roof. They even noticed where the back gutter had been dripping over the back door and fixed that. Kenny and his two helpers really went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall I was very pleased with the services provided by Allstate Exteriors. They came to my home and asked if I would like a free roof inspection due to recent storms. Upon inspection they found hail and wind damage on my roof. They worked with my insurance company and I got my roof replaced with insurance money. They worked around my schedule and replaced the roof, cleaned the yard and surrounding area. Now the negatives 1. Upon their contractor delivering my shingles they ran over my garbage can. The good they paid for replacement garbage can. 2. During the negotiations the rep from Allstate said the would replace part of my soffit which had water damage. Upon replacing the roof they did not replace the soffit. Upon calling the rep it took him several weeks to inspect the soffit and order the piece for replacement. I withheld part of the payment until the soffit was replaced. The good, I received no argument from the rep regarding the withholding of payment, and the work was completed as promised and my payment was sent. Over all I am very pleased with the services provided. they worked around my schedule and completed the work when I was not home. I would recommend this company to friends and family without any reservation

Allstate Exteriors handled negotiations with insurance & arranged all work done. All crews did an excellent job on installation & clean up. We dealt with Brian Wilson who was always available to answer questions & keeping us informed as to when work would take place. I would highly recommend Allstate Exteriors.

Allstate Exteriors was fantastic. Our insurance company was cheating us out of replacing our storm-damaged roof, and we had spoken with several other roofing companies. However, it wasn't until Joe Mullins and Al Santos of Allstate Exteriors came and dealt with our insurance personnel that we finally got the money to replace the damaged roof. Allstate Exteriors did all the paperwork needed, and their crew was neat, clean, professional, and fast. We now have a great-looking new roof.

Allstate Exteriors handled all of the paperwork with the insurance. Always friendly and helpful. They even got our gutters replaced during the process. The crews were on time and worked quickly. At the end of the final day, in order to get the entire project finished, another crew came and they all worked until the job was complete instead of holding it over for another day. Everything looks good and the work site was left clean. The whole transaction was a breeze. We would do business with them again!!

Brian came to my house and offered a free inspection. He convinced me that because of recent wind damage, my insurance company could pay for an entire roof replacement. I was a bit skeptical initially, since I did not think it was that much damage. So I had some other providers come and provide me their assessment as well. Two of them were not confident there was enough damage for an entire roof replacement, and one of them was willing to try. However, nobody had as much confidence or forceful arguments as Brian. So I went with his company and it turned out to be a good decision. He was right, the adjuster agreed with his assessment and the insurance company agreed to pay for the entire roof. Brian's men completed the work and it has been a very professional experience thus far. He worked with the insurance company and even got me some extra dollars for some new improvements. He is very communicative and that helps a lot. He also offered me the best deal of all companies and he has always responded to my phones and emails. He scheduled the work and got it done as promised in overall a day's work. The actual work was split over 2 days because of rain, but it was done well. The crew was great and also cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I have already recommended Brian to my neighbor.

Brian Wilson and Zach French handled all the details with the insurance company to get my wind damaged roof replaced. They explained everything to me and were onsite to meet with the insurance company rep. After a new roof was approved they scheduled the work and assisted me in the correct type and color of shingles. Their crew were at the house on time and worked in a very efficient manner and completed all the work. The crew then cleaned up the house area and left it cleaner than before. Brian and Zach were onsite to ensure the work was done correctly. I am very pleased with this process and would recommend this company for any exterior work that needs to be done.

insurance company. Mr. Wilson was always very polite, and very respectful towards myself and my husband. He and his workers were very careful of my small children, and my large dog. The replacement work was thorough, efficient, and expeditious. The work crew arrived shortly after 7.30 on the first day, and the old roof and siding were completely removed within hours. The new roof was in place by the end of the day, and about half the siding was up. The remainder was installed the next day, and the entire job was finished and cleaned up in less then 36 hours! The workers arrived early, as soon as the light was strong enough to see, worked until sundown, and cleaned up in the dark. I did not interact much with the work crew, but what conversation I did have impressed me. They were polite, respectful, careful of my property, and detailed in their cleanup. They created a very clear boundary in the back yard, so that I knew where it was safe to take my 2 year old to play. They put everything I'd forgotten to move away from the house back where they'd taken it from. The policies of my mortgage holder have made endorsing the insurance checks difficult, and thus payment for services has taken a long time to render. Mr. Wilson has been extremely polite, helpful, and patient with this process. He helped me find phone numbers and addresses, and has never put any pressure for payment upon me while we waited for the bank's endorsement. Overall, I have been impressed with the professionalism, confidence, courtesy, speed, efficiency, and quality of the Allstate Exteriors, and Brian Wilson in particular. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in the area.

Allstate Exteriors gave me a form that walked me through talking with my insurance company. Two Allstate sales persons were here to talk to the insurance adjuster. Everything went so smoothly. Both my insurance adjuster and Allstate Exteriors explained all the paperwork in detail and asked me if I had any questions. Allstate Exteriors then coordinated the shingle roof replacement and the rubber roof installation. Whenever I called them with a question, it was answered quickly. The workers were very courteous and pleasant. They made sure my yard was cleaned of any debris after the job was completed. The only thing I might fault them for was leaving left over materials in my yard over a weekend after the job was completed on a Friday. However the material was neatly stacked and covered by a tarp. They were there first thing Monday morning to pick the materials up after I called. Overall, I was very well pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with Joe on the phone he said he would come out and get me an estimate and was willing to do so while I was at work (other companies refused to do this). I got 3 estimates, Allstate exteriors estimate was the lowest. We agreed to go with Allstate and told them they could start ASAP as I was getting water leaking around my chimney. The job was started on 8/29 (2 days after we agreed to go with them), and finished on 8/29! I was not home during the work but my wife said there was about 8 guys, and they stayed until about 9pm finishing up.Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the job and the speed of completion. They made it a point to clean up all nails and debris. I would hire them again.

It was a great experience to work with this company from start to finish. They showed up to do the inital look of the roof and informed me that the hail storm had done extensive damage to the shingles and awning. Jon informed me at that time to call my insurance company and start the claims process.I did this and Jon met with my insurance adjuster the day that he came out, and was told I needed an entire new roof from hail damage.At this point Jon had me pick my shingles out and said it would be about two weeks and they would be out to replace it. Two weeks later they showed up on Thursday to deliver the shingles and all other supplies that would be needed to replace everything. Friday morning at 7:30 am sharp they arrived to start replacement of my roof and finished that same day.They were very good with all disposal of the old roof and cleanup around the yard checking for nails and staples.My one neighbor was over here during the process of putting the new roof on and was so impressed with how everything went and the good job that they did. She called Jon and had him come to her house and two weeks ago Allstate replaced her roof also.Three of my other friends and neighbors had extensive hail damage also and used Allstate to do their total roof replacements and are also very pleased with the overall service that Allstate provided.

After the June 29th storms, we lost shingles due to high winds and discovered a placard placed over our door handle for this company encouraging us to call them for a free estimate and touting fast service because they claimed to be local. I contacted the company July 10th to arrange for an inspection. When I called, I was surprised that the woman who answered didn't identify the company, just "Hello" (so I wasn't sure I was calling the right place); nevertheless, she scheduled an appointment the next day July 11 at 5:30pm. I gave them my authorization for them to go ahead and inspect the roof without my being there since I'd probably be later than that coming home. I was told that "they would probably be done by the time or right around the time you get home, but if not, we have your number so we can call you and ask when you expect to be at the house" to discuss the inspection and estimate. On the day of the appointment, I got home at 5:45pm (15 minutes after the appointment time), but never received a call from the inspectors. Moreover, I tried calling the company myself to alert them to me being late the call went directly to voicemail. Ultimately, the only thing that was left for me was the same kind of placard hanging on the front door and business card. I tried calling the number on the card, but again it went directly to voicemail, so I left a message asking for them to call me back the next day (July 12). I didn't hear anything from them, so I called the afternoon of July 13 to follow up. The same woman answered, again didn't identify the company, seemed to be very frazzled and a bit impatient--I asked her if I could get the information on the inspection, but she must have had me confused with a different customer because told me that "someone spoke to my husband about it already" (which wasn't the case), so she tried calling her boss to find out where the miscommunication took place but couldn't get ahold of him. She told me that she was already out of the office, and that everybody else had probably already left for the day, so she would call me "first thing Monday morning with the inspection details." I didn't hear anything until I called Monday evening asking for the information, at which time she told me that "the inspection must not have been done, they must have thought you were the other customer on that street so we'll have to schedule another inspection." I asked when I could expect to see the results, but when she said that "they should be in your email before Friday (July 20th) morning, how's that?" It is now July 23rd, and haven't heard anything, either via phone or email as was promised, from this company and are subsequently very glad we joined Angie's List to locate a reliable contractor. 8/7/2012: I received a very professional response as well as offer to help with our roof repair. Unfortunately, our insurance company determined we needed more work than what AllState Exteriors quoted us, and are subsequently going with a different contractor to move forward with the replacement (which is needed as opposed to repair work), but nevertheless we appreciated their willingness to help with our situation and have therefore reevaluated them as a company.

I called Allstate Exteriors. They came out, looked at it and returned several days later and replaced the missing shingles at no charge.
