I purchased a Big Deal and everything went well. They were very thorough in their inspection and pointed out some possible improvements. Gutters were cleaned out well..

The contact person Zach French was there every step of the way. He contacted us after the insurance adjuster left to see what all we needed. He set a tentative date for install and stopped by to show us the shingle selection. Once the selection was made he firmed up the date and the work crew showed up right on time a few days later. They tore off old shingles, installed new tar paper, installed ice guard, installed new shingles and cleaned up all the mess. Zach was in touch all the way through and made the process smooth and flawless. It looks like they did a nice job overall and would recommend Allstate to my friends and neighbors.

Replaced about 30' of spouting with a 90 degree turn in the middle at the second story level including a downspout down one level that empties into another spouting on top of the garage. Matched the color and installed with inside hangers. Cleaned up after and did a little extra work on another spouting. Great guys, happy, sober, and polite. Excellent job!

As usual brian did a splendid job fixed the shingles and advised me that at this point there was no need to repair the shingles at this time. just call next year and if necessary he would repair at that time. and the flashing around the chimney was just fine. also said he would come back and clean my gutters at a small charge if needed. Brian is a jem, he is so helpful, courteous, professional , and a gentleman.

They even made a second trip since we did not connect on the same dates for the service. Very thorough. Will consider them for a roof replacement in several years.

I had three estimates for the job. Allstate gave me the best deal and speaking of prompt; I called them 5/5/2015 and they gave me an estimate on 5/7/2015. I chose them because Brian was the most professional and prompt of the three. He told me he could do the work the middle of the following week. One of the other companies gave me a similar quote and could get to it before that. I was concerned that it might rain before he could get to it and did not want the wall to get wet. Brian then called a couple of his distributors to see if they had a match to the siding he was repairing. One of them did so I accepted his bid and he told me he would see that the work was done by Monday of the following week. Later that day an employee of Allstate came out and repaired the siding. They did a great job and even asked (as Brian had said they would) if we would like him to take siding from another area of the house that was the same color as the melted siding and replace that with the new so the replacement wouldn't be so obvious to any guests we were entertaining. That was much more that we had expected and well beyond anything anyone else would do. Thank you!

Eric Williams promptly scheduled a time to come to my home to give me an estimate. The day and time that he originally scheduled to come out was a bad weather day, so we re-scheduled to my next available time and day. He was punctual and gave me an estimate based on his assessment of my garage roof and gutters for the garage and house.The estimate was about $500 less than a previous estimate from a competitor that only included the garage roof and garage gutter. The roofers came out within a week (after I returned from vacation) and completed the roof in half a day. Two days later, the gutter guys came and installed the gutters. Eric even matched my garage shingles perfectly to my house even though I did not have the manufacturer of the shingles or the color. Each work group cleaned up very nicely, and I was very pleased with the final product. The guys who installed my gutters managed to work around a bird's nest resting near the down spout. It was nice that I didn't have to be present for the work to begin (although I happened to be home for part of it), which allowed me to avoid taking time off from work during the week. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Eric and the work crews and the outcome of their work.

Very personable and professional - arrived when they said they would; they had to initially re-schedule because of weather and we were notified beforehand about that situation. When they were done everything was cleaned up including the debris from the roof that was in the yard. Also they arranged quick turnaround to repair a worn spot on the roof line since rain was expected.

The serviced my area which is hard to find- I live in the rural district and it is hard to get people out here. They were very responsive to my needs. I thought the price was high.

They did a good job. There was a misunderstanding, they didn't realize they had to clean the gutters as well as repair them, but when I called back to say that the money I paid included the cleaning of the gutters, they came and did. I am very happy with the work. The price was very reasonable.

That turned out very well. B. Wilson came out and he did most of the roof inspection. There were 3 different areas that they had to be fix. He did take pictures for me and showed me everything that needed to be don. He did a really good job. I called him out and he was willing to come back to re-check everything after they completed the work. He also took more pictures for me too. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied and I really appreciated that. I wished I could give him an A+. He is very thorough and is a nice guy.

He was very professional. He measured it and showed me samples to pick out . He explained materials and things very thoroughly. They were on time and got the job done promptly. His price was very fair and I would use him again in the future.

I called to see if I could get an estimate from this company because they had high ratings on Angies List. They were able to come same day and I told them what I suspected the problem was. When I called on the phone I told them I had a high roof and to bring a high ladder. They didn't bring a ladder at all. I explained that I recently purchased the home and that I would try to have the seller pay for the cost of the repair. I suspected there was no drip edge on the gutter. They promptly gave me a written estimate by email later that day for $1200. That's right, $1200. I had another company come out to give an estimate and it was $300. They did the work and ended up taking $50 off for materials because it was indeed the drip edge that was the problem. The drip edge was there but was installed improperly. I believe this company gave such a high estimate because they felt that someone else would be paying the bill.

Person was courteous, he said my roof was fine but my gutter guard needed to be replaced. He told me that he'll give a quote, but he never got back to me.

He was probably the best person I've had out here and I've had a lot of work done on the house lately. He came out right away and he took a look at some of the issues that we were having and gave me some very honest feedback of different ways that it could be fixed and things that he recommended that needed to be done. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need and actually we took some of his suggestions and fixed a water problem. But he was supposed to send me an estimate for some certain things that needed done and I never got the estimates. He did call me and tell me that he had lost my information and he would send out an estimate, but I never got it. However, I don’t know if it’s picked up by my spam folder in my email or not.

Allstate Exteriors LLC coordinated all services needed for my new roof. Eric Williams met with me to discuss all the steps involved. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions in full. He was more than willingly to spend as much time as needed so I could understand all the work to be done. He was flexible with meeting times and always available via telephone. Allstate Exteriors was able to coordinate for a tree trimming crew to trim a tree that was scraping the roof. The company they used did a great job. The tree was trimmed well and all debris was removed. The roofing crew arrived as planned and performed the work in less than a day. The job site was cleaned up very well. I couldn't even tell they had been there except for seeing the new roof they installed. The gutter crew took a couple of days to perform their portion of the job and the gutters are functioning as they should. Throughout the process, Eric Williams was available whenever I had questions or concerns. He kept me informed of what was happening and called from time to time to ensure I was pleased with the progress. All-in-all I felt that the work was handled professionally and I was treated fairly. It was great to have so much work done with so little effort on my end. I was impressed with how quickly everything came together. And I was not pressured into having any work done that I did not ask for. I appreciate the good customer service. I would recommend this company to friends and would use them again if I need to have any exterior work done.

First - He was an hour late. Mind you, I'm taking off work to get this done. Everything seemed to go OK looking it over. We talked about possible options, he was going to follow up with an estimate. NO FOLLOW-UP. Did this guy not want my business? I reached out 2-3 weeks later - hey, why haven't I heard from you? Nothing. Another 3 weeks go by and I get a call - oh, hey, we had internal issues. Ya think? Sorry, somebody else already did it and got paid:)

I purchased this package with the coupon on Angies list. The company called soon after to schedule the service for 6/20/14. Eric canceled the appointment. No problem, it was rescheduled. He canceled the 2nd appointment, said he was in an accident. Glad he was not hurt. Ok, I rescheduled for the third time and he was a no show. I was not called by the company. I called and spoke with Jeff. He rescheduled it for 7/3/14. Eric did show up and did inspection, took pictures and went over a few things and said he would email the estimate in a few days. Still no estimate by 7/14/14 so I called the company and spoke with Jeff again. He said he would have the estimate sent that afternoon. This is 7/29/14 and still no estimate or call. I would like to have my $ 20.00 refunded for my time, and a written apology.

It turned out great! Water was going through my windows, and they found the issue. They diagnosed the problem and I was able to fix the problem myself.

We gave Joe my husband's ,email address for a quote. When we did not receive it a week later I called them and gave them my email address. Still no quote. I called 2 more times. Each time the folks I spoke to were professional and seemed eager to help but no quote. They even called me back once to see if I received the email which I had not so I suggested they send the quote via US mail. We never received a quote.

Scheduling was fine and we had no problems. Everything went well with the inspection.
