They came out, looked at our gutters and tried to sell us a little gutter system. So, I wasn't very impressed with them. There was no additional cost because we didn't buy anything from them. We felt that there were some repairs that needed to be made but they claimed that the reason we were having those issues was because we needed gutter covers to keep the leaves out and so on and so forth, even though we have our gutters cleaned twice a year. It just seemed to me that their intended purpose, the whole time, for the special, was to just get somebody to come out there and try to sell us stuff. So, we were not that impressed. They were very polite and everything. They weren't mean or nasty or anything. That was their motive for the whole special. So, I wasn't very pleased with that. I don't know if they could have done anything differently because I think that that was their intention. Our reason for having them out was because we felt that we actually needed some gutter repair work and their intention was to sell us a whole gutter system. I don't know if they could have done anything differently. They were professional in their actions but again, what they did wasn't really what we wanted them to do. They were in sales mode and we were in repair mode.

Eric was so knowleageable and helpful with my issues, he recommended I have someone come and scope an underground drain pipe to diagnose a blockage. I wish I had contacted them sooner, the remedies recommended certainly have made a difference in my basement! Thanks, Eric!

The price was high and they delayed to get back to me. The representative was not very responsive. I did not check the gutters to see the job they did.

Cleaned most gutters for a bargain; missed two. Worked quickly, so I wondered about debris in downspouts. Then the rep turned into a roofing salesman with numerous dire conditions that were about to destroy my roof.

We had a rough start to our business deal involving communication issues, but Zach went out of his way to make it right. The guys came out and knocked out my job in two hours. I thought they were coming on Monday but showed up on Friday since they were in the area. I would use them again.

It took me weeks to get him back out here. It took him too long to carry forth service. The 2 young men that came out did an excellent job but the owner was supposed to follow up with me but he never did. The work was good but the service was lousy. His punctuality was fine.

Allstate Exteriors' crew arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time and went right to work. They began by making sure that our shrubbery and ornamentals on our property were secure from any damage. They paid special attention to a problem area and made a point of indicating to me what they were doing to correct the problem. They installed an upgraded drip edge and increased the amount of roof peak ventilation by a very significant amount. Allstate's crew completed the work in one day and when they were gone you could not tell that they had been there except for leaving behind a beautiful new roof. Even with all of the old roofing material having been removed there was not a trace of it anywhere to be seen. And I might add, during the course of the day Eric came by to make sure his crew had all they needed and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Eric has contacted us after the project was completed to make sure that we were happy with our new roof. Allstate Exteriors did exactly what they promised to do and performed in a friendly and professional manner. Eric Williams always made himself available to address all of our questions and concerns and the work crew did an amazing job.

As far as the gutter cleaning and roof debris I think they did good but there follow up was useless. I asked them how much it would cost to do the repair jobs at hand and they came back with an estimate of 6 or 7 thousand dollars. I thought that estimate was too high. Then I never heard from them again. I wouldn't use them again in the future because communications is important to me.

I had purchased an Angie's List deal and setup an appt with Allstate to come clean the gutters on June 29th. I worked from home all day and they did not show up and did not call. Since it rained most of the day, I was not surprised that they were not able to keep the appt however I did expect a phone call. I called in the evening and left a message about the non-response. They were very responsive and sent out two guys the next day who were very courteous and professional and completed the job to my satisfaction.

The crew worked quickly and after the gutters were clean, showed me photos of their condition. They also emailed me the photos so I can plan future repair work.

They did a good job but they forgot to do a portion for the garage.

Our roof is about 3,000 sq. ft. The 6 man roofing crew were on the roof by 7:30 a.m. Additional 2 men were installing 12 additional soffit vents for the new ridge vents. They were here for about 11 hours and it was a very warm day. All the workers were great! Clean up was Great! The roof looks wonderful! We keep looking at our new roof. (We ignored our roof the last couple of years because we did not know who to call or trust). Brian and Mike were very thorough when inspecting the roof. Gave us a very detailed estimate and reviewed it line by line. This company met and exceeded our expectations. We will call them in the spring for replacement of gutters and exterior trim.

At the offset I can only say that their service was spectacular. Bad weather,meant nothing to them they regrouped and showed up on a Saturday to finish. their sense of urgency to satisfy us as a customer was pretty impressive.They treated our house as their own. We could not have been more impressed. Our friends, and neighbors even commented about the Saturday completion. They complimented the color choice. Two of them even asked the team for their information. The pride in our house has been restored. Thank you to all involved. Karen Stacy.

They responded quickly to purchasing the $99 deal and scheduled a visit to come out shortly after. Cleaned out the gutters satisfactorily and inspected the roof. The roof had been replaced prior to our purchasing the house last year so we didn't expect an issues and needed the service more for the gutters. However, the roof inspection did occur and I'm happy to state that they saw no issues, and should not have. Appreciate the honesty!

I had a leak in one back corner of gutters. They came out and told me I needed new gutters on top level and would email me an estimate the next day. Well, I am still waiting for that estimate and my gutter is still leaking in the same spot. The gutters were installed in 2009 and I believe the leak may have been caused when the painters didn't put them back correctly. So basically, I gave this company $99 for nothing. It was a lesson to never pay upfront for service.

They were very professional, on time, and cleaned up after the work was done. The price was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

After a misunderstanding about when the repair work would be done, the crew did an EXCELLENT job in repairing the concerns that we had regarding gutters and drainage from the gutters. The crew worked efficiently and explained in detail the repairs they had done. They also discussed in detail gutter guards which they suggested for an area of our house that is surrounded by very tall river birch trees. We appreciate the excellent job that they did and will definitely use their services again. We highly recommend Allstate Exteriors.

Was informed they "don't do Clintonville". This information is not available on their page. I purchased a "deal" and now have to seek a refund. Waste of time.

They were punctual, and professional. Identified problem areas. Not terribly messy at all, particularly given the amount of accumulated debris in the gutters.

It went as expected. The job was done in a timely manner The workers were polite and courteous I will call them again when I need to replace more of my gutters

It was okay. They were some couple of minutes late. We only talked to them. They didn't say I have to call. It was a one-time thing.

The job went well. They cleaned the gutters, the roof and they also looked at the chimney.

The office assistant called 5 minutes after the appointment started to let me know the roofer would not be able to make it for a roof estimate due to a vehicle being disabled. She asked if we could reschedule, but this was for a house we had put an offer in, not a house we owned...as I had expressed when I made the appointment. I gave them a D because they did offer to reschedule. My husband was already there on his lunch hour waiting for him to show up by the time they had bothered to call.

GETTING THE SCHEDULES TO MATCH WAS A BIT OF A CHALLENGE BUT THEY WERE VERY NICE ABOUT IT.

The job went well. The gutters needed a spring clean; they showed me what they had removed. They assessed the roof, took pictures, and wrote up a full plan for future maintenance. The workers were courteous and professional.
