[member name removed], I am sorry that you had to take the time to write this review of our company. We do value the reviews of our company from potential customers GOOD or BAD. We look at review's that are bad as a way to modify the way we handle some situations, in this case however the first two times we were scheduled to come to your home the weather conditions were extreme. We do not allow our project managers to get on a roof or handle any kind of metal. (just in case of lightning) The third time we were scheduled to come to your home unfortunately our project manager was running behind at that point you called in saying you did not want us out to your house. I called our project manager and told him not to come. I then spoke to my supervisor, he said to schedule a time to have him to your house to reimburse you plus to find out what we could do to make it right. I called and left a message, plus emailed you. I would like to extend my apologies from our company. I have spoke to the owner of the company, we would like to reimburse you for what you spent with angieslist. I would like to know what you were unsatisfied with so we can address it internally. Please if you can either email or call me at your convenience, one to set a time Joe Mullins can bring you a check and to let me know the areas we are lacking. Again please accept my apologies. Violet Wilhoit I did not get a response from either the email or phone message. I had our accountant cut a check for $99. I held the check waiting to get a response from you. However I did not get a response. The check is now in the mail. I do apologies that we could not take this experience and turn it around, to make you satisfied.
