Description of Work: I had the fascia and one door replaced. Quality of work was good. However, working with the project manager was incredibly frustrating. He was very unresponsive and made promises to provide answers quickly that would only get answered if I contacted him again. Further, when I signed the contract the work was suppose to start in about 3 weeks. After 8 weeks the work started only because I threatened to cancel. I understand that projects get delayed, but I felt that 5 weeks delayed is extreme.

Description of Work: They were fantastic. A teaser rate for cleaning my gutters, and they inspected my roof. I'd expect them to try to sell me roofing services, but they told me my roof was in fine shape. How refreshing. I'll use them again, and to repair my roof when the time comes!

Description of Work: I purchase the Big Deal and was very happy with the service. They were on time and quickly moved around our (large) house to clean out the gutters. They pointed out a few issues that could be addressed but did not pressure me to fix them on the spot.

Mr [Member Name Removed] It shows that we cleaned your gutters in May. That was in the Spring. Every year when Fall hits Ohio, leaves fall from the trees.Leaves will clog your gutters very quickly. I am certain that is what happened in this case. It is recommended that you have your gutters cleaned twice a year, or install a leaf relief type product. We would be happy to come to your home and take a look at the gutters, and see what we can do to help.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal. Paid in advance as required. All state came out to see what I wanted done. Said they'd get back to me. A few weeks pass and I get a call saying they had a proposal for me. I said to email it to me. They never did. They called again and wanted to talk to me. As far as I know they never called back or emailed again. I'd just like my money back at this point. No service was performed.

Description of Work: I had 3 pieces of siding come loose on my garage. Brian Wilson came out to check out the problem. He said when the siding had been installed it wasn't nailed to the studs. It had been installed by another company several years ago. I have previously used Allstate Exterior for a roof replacement and this year added leaf guard to my gutters. Brian reattached the siding while he was here and told me no charge. That's good service! I would call Allstate Exterior if I have another problem. Brian cares about his customers.
