 + -1 moreBecause it is a vacation cabin, I wasn't there at the time, but Dean completed the job as expected and was professional and easy to deal with. I thought $500 seemed like a huge amount, but I am not familiar with pricing in this realm, so it was probably the average going rate. Because I had just bought the cabin and was unfamiliar with the area or anyone to call--and needed it fixed ASAP--I didn't get/compare estimates. I chose Dean because my Realtor--whom I trust implicitly--recommended him. I do know that it's a very deep (100 ft.)well that had to be pulled all the way out--requiring (I think) a large special truck. If I have a problem again and I can afford the time to gather estimates, I'll do so. Assuming they're all similar, I will choose Dean again.
Description of Work: Pulled 100 ft. well pipe and repair broken pump wire that had caused water to stop working.
