Description of Work: I had Dale's Carpet Cleaning Serv. clean carpeting in my small condo. The Living area, and two bedrooms were cleaned. I had moved furniture to make the area ready for cleaning. They expressed surprise and appreciation for having their worksite ready. I heard, "Oh, we're not used to this." Dale was friendly yet professional. It is not my personal policy to give Absolute perfect scores when asked (to give a grade)...that's just my policy, but the job was very close to perfection! I am satisfied with the work done and definitely will call Dale's company again.

+ -1 moreDale has been providing reliable service forever. He promptly returns calls left on his answering machine. I needed my carpets cleaned right away for a real estate showing. As the owner of three dogs, they had left their "mark" on my wall-to-wall carpet. Dale was able to sanitize and remove all stains and odors left by my furry family members. He was able to come within a couple days after I called. The real estate agent commented on how great the carpets looked when he was done. I own a pretty good steam cleaner that we used regularly. We thought the carpets looked pretty good before we called Dale. Now if we can just sell that house!
