+ -1 moreOn one of my 5 total calls (4 that I left a message on the answering machine and the 1 that I got an and quot;answering serviceand quot;) I finally got a live person who answered and quot;yeah?and quot; I explained what I needed and he stated that they're closed and I could contact the girls in the office the next morning-he's just the answering service. If this was actually an answering service the phone would have been answered more professionally and not rudely. This followed up with the other 4 phone messages that I left, only to receive NO response at all has made me a believer that this company is NOT the way to go.
Description of Work: The provider did not return any of my 4 calls that I left detailed messages requesting rates or quote for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey were good all the way. They did a good job. They came and had a little bit of a problem with the equipment but they made sure it got it all done. They also did it on the time they said they would.

+ 0 moreI have used them quite a bit and I like them. They are punctual, when they say they're going to be here. They do good work. Their prices are reasonable. I am satisfied with their work and I was always happy with them. I probably would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Metts Carpet Cleaning. There are two Metts cleaners here and I have always had Rick Metts. He has cleaned carpets for me and he also has put some indoor – outdoor carpets down for me in my family room, which was the basement.

Description of Work: They move all the furniture and put it back. They changed the arrangement in the family room for me while they were at it. The carpets looked great. they do an excellant job.
