The fan in the rafters of my garage quit working and my garage was very hot. Chuck came and looked at the fan. It needed a new thermostat which he ordered and returned to install. The price was quite fair and the work was professionally done. He also gave me a quote to do a couple more small jobs which I will have done in the future.
