The owner came for an estimate. Something that stood out was that we were immediately comfortable with him and he was knowledgable. He was confident in his ablility to heat our upstairs and could get to work right away. The owner showed up the first day to introduce the men who would completing the work from his company and called to check on how I felt their progress was coming. After a few weeks of the zoning and new furnace, etc we can tell a noticeable difference. In fact, now the upstairs is warmed. YEAH!! Thanks so much!

Tom was great! He is very proficient in what he does. I would recommend him to anyone!
Description of Work: Tom was initially called out to check out our basement and the multiple outlets which were not working... He quickly corrected the problem so we had him install a projector/ surround sound in our theater room in the basement. In addition to that, Tom updated the timer on our outside lights, corrected loose wires in the upstairs outlets, installed a new ceiling fan, 2 new light fixtures and he will be coming back out to run an outlet above our fireplace for our T.V.

His last visit (just this August) he installed a new back up sump pump. Thomas is very efficient. And he makes sure that everything works before he leaves and even cleans everything up.
Description of Work: We are so happy with Thomas Wellman. He has done heating, air conditioning and plumbing services for us over the last 5 years.
