Washam had originally installed my back up sump pump so I had them come out a few years later to fix the outlet line that had broken on the outside of the house

We made calls to Washam and other companies. Washam was the only company that did not charge a flat fee for an "evolution" service call. They gave us several options from low to high and gave us time to shop around if we wanted too. They did not apply pressure or up-sell for services not related to the issue. They were prompt and professional and our unit work great. I will call Washam when I have pluming and heating issues.

It was extremely cold out. Left a late evening non-emergency message with the answering service, I received a call around 8AM the following morning to schedule an appointment for later that day. They arrived when scheduled. We have an older furnace and it took a little bit of time to source the parts, by late afternoon they had the furnace up and running. They could have easily told us they needed a day to get the parts and went on to complete another service and return the following day, but they did not. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to speak with you before, during and after the service.

The guy came out and opened it up and basically found a tampon in the pump and said your wife should not flush these...I don't and I have been pregnant for the past 9 months! He wasw left down there to take care of the issues after a few minutes he left. A Month later during a tornado warning we went down to sit in the basement. My daughter (4) used the toliet and I noticed after 10 minutes the bathroom was flooded. So I immediately turned water off and cleaned. Called Washams out again to fix the problem and was told the pump was bad as it was running again without stopping.....the same problem from a month prior! We don't used the finished basement much especially I had just had a baby and don't have time to entertain with the recent addition to the family. I felt tlike they never took care of the problem the first time causing me an extra service call. I called the next day to tell them my displeasure in the additional service call as well as the tampon the previous man threw on the floor and not the trash! How disgusting! They have done a ton of service for us but do the the staff on the phones rudeness NEVER again!
