+ 0 moreThe window was fine when it was installed. The problem arose when I tried to use the warranty. They said I bought it from the Ohio location, which is now closed and only functions as an alignment location. However, since it's a Thermal Guard warranty, it should be covered.

+ -1 moreThey arrived at 8:30am and was completed by 2:30pm. They re-hung my curtains, placed the pictures back on the wall, the outside was completely cleaned and would never know they were here!
