+ -1 moreI had contacted approximately 10 different windows companies in September 2010 on their individual web-sites. I still have not heard from these people. Guess they are too busy to take my money.

+ -1 moreIT WAS INSTALLED WRONG THE FIRST TIME, AND IT LEAKED AND WE HAD WATER DAMAGE. THEY DID COME BACK AND INSTALLED A NEW WINDOW AT THEIR COST. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, BUT USE CAUTION.
