Description of Work: Indoor waterproofing of basement which included installation of Dry Trac & Sump System. Also installed Zen Wall (trademarked wall covering) in a previous unfinished portion of basement. Crew Members were personable, patient, and courteous. Cleaned up each day prior to departure. Worked hard while at my residence. Price in comparison to competition was competitive. Work team at times was rushed due to lack of manpower. Work team chooses to work through lunchtime. Very expensive to have this type of work completed regardless of the provider. A leading & trusted Home Remodel Show recommended the Dry Trac system and that was a leading factor in making my decision to hire this franchise provider. Believe this is a franchise system and this is the only provider in a protected area. There were a couple of small things that could have been done better. (but I'm a perfectionist). But overall the work was an A. Pleased with the entirety of the Zen Wall Product. Sure beats repeated painting of a block basement wall and a neutral color. One less project a homeowner needs to be concerned with. Estimator(s) and Owners were also personable and thorough in explanation of work to be completed.

+ 0 moreIt worked out pretty good. I was kind of holding a review up until I see how this actually holds up. We had it done last November and I’m thinking it is stable now but I was hesitant to put a review until I see how it holds up until this summer. We are satisfied with the work they did. It has a pretty good crew. They were very conscientious crew. They were very cordial. They cleaned up pretty good afterwards. They had to move some furniture out of the way which we should have probably have done already but they helped us move and put it all back when they were done. I think he did okay as far as the levelling goes. He has given us a lifetime warranty for it. I would hire him again. The price was expensive but it is hard for me to know because I did not get quotes from anyone else. My friends used them too and they were also happy.
Description of Work: I used the services of The Basement Doctor Northwest. The work we had done was on the foundation of our house. We had our foundation supports installed called helical spears. They basically go underneath the footing of the foundation to support it. That was the problem we had, our foundation kept on shifting and settling and walls were cracking and doors won't closed right. They leveled it.
